Great stay! Loved the location! Front desk very helpful. Booked at taxi for 6am flight however, the taxi was not arriving. The two front desk gentleman at night were very attentive and stayed outside the hotel waiting with my fiancé and I until our taxi arrived. They called multiples times the taxi to ensure they would arrive to pick us up. The room was nice and clean. Would definitely stay there again once I go back to Rome. Location was good.

The hotel was small but clean and in a great location. A 10 min walk to the Colosseum but good transport links for the rest of the city. Only downside was breakfast - very basic and at €15 pp there is much better value elsewhere.

Staff very friendly and breakfast was great (at an extra fee though). You also pay an extra city fee at the end of your stay. Free internet and super close to main sites such as the Colosseum, many restaurants etc. Excellent hotel if you wish to be in the heart of Rome.

Great stay, right in the heart of Rome!… shops, mini markets and restaurants rt outside hotel. Ciuri Ciuri ice cream shop came in real handy as they also have restaurant, snacks, water , etc. Room had a good size bed, everything very clean, but quite compact. Front desk is phenomenal, answers questions and any concerns as well. They got us Taxis a couple of times when we needed them. Water fountain nearby by to fill canisters if needed. We took several tours throughout our stay and were welcomed and wished well every time we came through the lobby. I would recommend this hotel for your stay.

Shame! The hotel offered us a room and the bathroom door frame was only held on by nails - after using the door a couple of times the frame fell off and nails ripped my blouse! The shower did not drain and flooded the bathroom. The hairdryer was held on the wall by double sided tape and did not work well. No water was offered to us. Breakfast is awful! The eggs are so old and dry you cannot eat them. The receptionist was grumpy and rude. The general manager was kind and helpful, he moved our room and offered us free breakfast - even though we decided against eating it. But our room was much nicer. We had a supply of water and a fully working shower and hairdryer!

We were put in the annex. This was a small grubby house close to the hotel but the rooms were minimal, 25 steps before you get to the lift. The view was awful, some locals also lived there so they put bikes across the stairs to avoid hotel guests going up to their floor. It was more of a young persons bedroom you’d expect to find at a youth hostel BUT the cost was exorbitant for what was available. I think Expedia needs to take a look at what is available in the annex and not just look at the hotel facilities, which we never saw, by the way, we were just shuffled into the annex immediately. It was very very disappointing and expensive for what we got.

Hotel was very nice, very clean, staff was a 11 out of 10 when it comes to customer service. The room I booked was extremely small, the pictures on Expedia were not very accurate and that was the only bummer for me. And I wish there was an option to see whether the rooms had any kind of window with a view of the streets as it's very cool to people watch from your hotel room. Our room had no view at all of anything but a brick wall lol. But the shower was a REAL sized shower and not one of those corner closet showers so that was very nice. Bed was very comfortable although being 6ft tall my feet hung off the edge a bit lol. VERY quiet room, GREAT air conditioner and the location was soooo close to everything. 8 minute walk to the colosseum , food and stores everywhere below the room so it was great overall. Just know that the cheaper priced rooms are extremely small. I would still book here again though.
