Clean room and good staff

Had a nice stay

Not far from the train station, 5-10 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants around to eat at.

Bien situé , pres du termini , ne pas se fier a l’extérieur, propre renove et petit frigo dans la chambre. :)

Everything was good for the price, just the mattress was very firm and hard, but overall good for what you pay for!

NO AIR CONDITIONING....even though their site says they have it. When we were there is was sunny and 80 degrees. We chose this property over another strictly for the fact it said they had a/c. When I went to the front desk, the older gentleman said they wouldn't turn it on until JULY! We opened our window hoping for a breeze but there was so much noise from a nearby restaurant and it made it hard to sleep. I would not stay here again.

Very good location

The man who is in charge came in our room without our knowledge our first day out. We are two young women and we take certain safety measures when traveling. Our first day in room we left in the morning, with the lights on on purpose (to see if anyone is in the room or had been in the room). When we returned the lights were turned off and there was a random sim card on our bed that did not belong to either me or my friend. The next day my friend and I were sleeping and heard a knock on our door. The knock was not followed by anything so we didn't think much of it. To our surprise, about thirty minutes later, the man in charge fully came into our room without knocking or anything. My friend was in bed wearing underwear while I was in the bathroom taking a shower. The man came in the room and said "I'm sorry, I didnt know anyone was in here, there's a problem with the AC I had to check." There was no problem with the AC. We were shocked that we caught him in the act. He entered our room without our knowledge the day before and did God knows what (our passports, money, and personal things were scattered everywhere.) My friend was too shocked to speak when he came in the room. I finally finished my shower and went to speak to the man about how that is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely not okay. He was nowhere to found for the next two days. He was actively avoiding us after he got caught. Also the place smells weird nd the room didn't have any shampoo or conditioner.

The building never said Ferrerese on it so I had a very hard time finding it. The staff was surly. Other people were rude. I didn"t feel welcome there. The street people kept me up all night. I couldn't t

The hotel was closed. We could not stay in the hotel. Even you (Hotel.com) could not access to the hotel. Please remove this hotel from your list.

Very close to the train station which was convenient. There is a train shuttle to the airport.

The man on reception was lovely and very helpful. But the bed was very uncomfortable and it’s quite dated in it’s decor. It’s also in a block with many other hotels so it’s confusing a bit.

Everything was as expected and we enjoyed sraying there for our trip. It was close to everything and the staff was very caring.

Really good location near Termini stations, loads of shops and restaurants nearby. No room service, if you need anything you talk to reception. I liked the place.

The room is small but manageable. The but bathroom is too small even difficult to get inside of the bathing cubicles

Great location next to train station. The WiFi did not work the last day (there were guests in the hallway trying to get a signal and were not successful). There was no signal even by the reception desk. The sound proofing is not great. Except for the WiFi problem, this property is a good value for money.

Budget hotel, stay here if you need to be near the main Termini train/Metro station, the walk is about 3 blocks. Definitely has the city noise which I'm ok with but some are not.
