Clean room and good staff

No parking around but very accessible to main transportation terminal

Had a nice stay

Not far from the train station, 5-10 minutes walk, plenty of restaurants around to eat at.

Bien situé , pres du termini , ne pas se fier a l’extérieur, propre renove et petit frigo dans la chambre. :)

Por fuera se ve como viejo y descuidado pero por dentro está remodelado y en excelentes.condiciones.

Everything was good for the price, just the mattress was very firm and hard, but overall good for what you pay for!

Quand nous sommes arrivés, il n'y avait ni électricité ni eau, nous ne pouvions pas utiliser la douche, la chaleur était très forte. Nous devions partir et revenir le soir et heureusement, la lumière est revenue. Nous étions 4 personnes à payer plein tarif, ils se sont seulement excusés (L’hôtel) Il nous semble qu'ils devraient restituer une partie de ce qui a été payé.

NO AIR CONDITIONING....even though their site says they have it. When we were there is was sunny and 80 degrees. We chose this property over another strictly for the fact it said they had a/c. When I went to the front desk, the older gentleman said they wouldn't turn it on until JULY! We opened our window hoping for a breeze but there was so much noise from a nearby restaurant and it made it hard to sleep. I would not stay here again.

Das Hotel Ferrarese liegt zentral und sehr nah an Roma Termini Bahnhof! Das Gebäude ist von außen nicht gerade sehenswert, aber die Zimmer selbst sind neu renoviert,sehr sauber und ordentlich! Wir würden es wieder für einen Citytrip wählen!

Really good place, staff is nice, polite and helpful. Place is clean, safe and had everything we need. I guess the bad comments on google are just bad reviews. I was expecting something really bad, and the place is very good. Being so next to the train station is great we don’t have to be taking taxi or bus anywhere.

The man who is in charge came in our room without our knowledge our first day out. We are two young women and we take certain safety measures when traveling. Our first day in room we left in the morning, with the lights on on purpose (to see if anyone is in the room or had been in the room). When we returned the lights were turned off and there was a random sim card on our bed that did not belong to either me or my friend. The next day my friend and I were sleeping and heard a knock on our door. The knock was not followed by anything so we didn't think much of it. To our surprise, about thirty minutes later, the man in charge fully came into our room without knocking or anything. My friend was in bed wearing underwear while I was in the bathroom taking a shower. The man came in the room and said "I'm sorry, I didnt know anyone was in here, there's a problem with the AC I had to check." There was no problem with the AC. We were shocked that we caught him in the act. He entered our room without our knowledge the day before and did God knows what (our passports, money, and personal things were scattered everywhere.) My friend was too shocked to speak when he came in the room. I finally finished my shower and went to speak to the man about how that is unprofessional, disrespectful, and completely not okay. He was nowhere to found for the next two days. He was actively avoiding us after he got caught. Also the place smells weird nd the room didn't have any shampoo or conditioner.

L utilisation de la climatisation faisait disjoncter l'alimentation électrique il faisait 39 degre dans la chambre le technicien nous a demandé de laisser les fenetres ouvertes et de ne pas utiliser la climatisation sachant que dehors la température est plus élevée qu en intérieur . Le descriptif met rn avant la climatisation c edt vraiment une arnaque je n ai pas pu dormir de la nuit L hotel est défraîchi

Enkelt hotell med trevlig och hjälpsam personal. Frukosten kunde ha varit bättre. Tyvärr drabbades vi av en illaluktande toalett. Personalen försökte åtgärda. Kan ha berott på värmeböljan.
