Hotel Nuovo

Its ok for a night stay but nothing special.

It was a nice hotel but they put me on the 2nd floor and it didn’t have an elevator and I have knee issue so it was uncomfortable

This stay was part of a 2 week long road trip through Europe. We chose this hotel as it was/is a Best Western Hotel, a hotel chain we have good familarity with through traveling in the States. Our first night was not the best, due to a broken down AC. The following night we got a new room with a working AC and that was much better. The night guy at the Front Desk was very helpfull and service minded. But the best part of the hotel and the hotel experience was in the breakfast wing/restaurant. This wing was beautifully renovated and modern! I have allergies which can be a major problem when dining out. But Cristina in the restaurant sorted that out flawlessly. We got food representing the region, suggested by her. The dinner was one of the best we had through the whole trip.

View from our room was INSANELY BEAUTIFUL. From the balcony we saw mountains, nature, and water. And it was a quiet area. The restaurant downstairs was very very pretty and delicious. And the dessert looked like it was from a fancy 5 star restaurant. Short drive from lake como which is very beautiful and walkable. And there were parking spaces available in the front and back.

Stayed for one night as a last minute option so had very little choice. No complaints except there was no lift.

Staff Very friendly and professional, Room was a bit hold and damp near the balcony door. Sea food in the restaurant was not the best !

Staff friendly and helpful. Meal in restaurant was excellent we would have eaten there both nights but it was the second night. Breakfast average. Parking very good.

Staff very attentive and the restaurant has very good food at a reasonable price. The hotel room cost are above what I would have liked to pay by 25-30 dollars. Overall, a renovated and nice hotel by the lake.

stopped by on way through italy, has free parking and a/c. breakfast was additional but worth it especially when u have to hit the road in the morning. Closer to lake como than we thought, was able to do a quick drive to the lake and swim for a bit. bathrooms are clean and spacious, we had a double bed and a single fit in the room with out crowding. would recommend this place.

good good good, good situation, good restaurant, the breakfast is smart. The room is perfect with a balcony.

İf you are looking for a peaceful hotel, nuovo is good choice.

The only drawback was no restaurant in the hotel.

The hotel was busy when we were there (mid September), with 'coach loads' of people going to the Expo, which stretched things somewhat. But the food in the evening was very good.

This is a hotel about 15 minutes from LECCO good parking, excellent wifi, excellent conventional restaurant catering to the Italian more sophisticated gourmet. Clearly this is a very good hotel and very quiet at night. The condition of the hotel is excellent, however it is not wheelchair friendly due to multiple stair to the main entrance and inside the building, typical for Italian buildings that have been gradually expanded. On my next tip I will chose this hotel again.

After a long day's driving it was a welcome relief to stop at a hotel with such a picturesque backdrop. Lake Como right in front of our bedroom window. Staff were hugely friendly and couldn't be more helpful. The only drawback with the hotel was the lack of a lift. Would be a major problem for disabled customers. Bit over all an exellent nights stay.

Rooms and shower were small, but clean and functional with balcony. Advertised as having pool and fitness facilities, but these are at a nearby club, for which you must pay extra. Restaurant is good and breakfast adequate. On a busy road, but short walk to a nice walking trail along lake. Grocery stores and coffee shop within walking distance, but few restaurants.
