A great hotel for my purpose

Très belle hôtel et très bob restaurant

Catalogato come tre stelle ma a dire il vero io ne darei 4. Tutto perfetto, un ottimo soggiorno di lavoro e anche un bellissimo e buonissimo ristorante. Molto consigliato.

Its ok for a night stay but nothing special.

It was a nice hotel but they put me on the 2nd floor and it didn’t have an elevator and I have knee issue so it was uncomfortable

Fint hotel och mycket bra mat på restaurangen. Dock väldigt tråkigt område, kändes som man hamnat i ett i industriområde. Dock bara några kilometer in till Lecco. Ganska tråkig frukost, men är väl som de flesta i Italien. Två sorter bröd och 7 sorters kaka.

This stay was part of a 2 week long road trip through Europe. We chose this hotel as it was/is a Best Western Hotel, a hotel chain we have good familarity with through traveling in the States. Our first night was not the best, due to a broken down AC. The following night we got a new room with a working AC and that was much better. The night guy at the Front Desk was very helpfull and service minded. But the best part of the hotel and the hotel experience was in the breakfast wing/restaurant. This wing was beautifully renovated and modern! I have allergies which can be a major problem when dining out. But Cristina in the restaurant sorted that out flawlessly. We got food representing the region, suggested by her. The dinner was one of the best we had through the whole trip.

View from our room was INSANELY BEAUTIFUL. From the balcony we saw mountains, nature, and water. And it was a quiet area. The restaurant downstairs was very very pretty and delicious. And the dessert looked like it was from a fancy 5 star restaurant. Short drive from lake como which is very beautiful and walkable. And there were parking spaces available in the front and back.

Hôtel bruyant, chambres mal insonorisés particulièrement si elles sont communicantes (pas de double porte), climatisation capricieuse et VMC extrêmement bruyante dans la salle de bain. Nombreux escaliers, pas du tout adapté aux personnes à mobilité réduite. Seul le restaurant vaut le détour pour dîner. Personnel adorable et cuisine délicieuse.

Tutto nella norma ma la camera non era per nulla confortevole, piccola con 2 letti singoli separti da minuscolo comodino con una singola lampada dozzinale, un letto era attaccato al muro e l'altro a contatto con lo stpite della porta, tv completamente spostata da un lato della stanza e storta, sgabello con buco di sigaretta. Perlomeno era tutto pulito. Certo che € 110 per una notte con colazione non li vale.

La camera è avanti con gli anni, ma pulita. Più tardi abbiamo scoperto un sacco di formiche che uscivano da sotto l'armadietto del mini bar. La reception ha poi sparso della polvere di formica sul pavimento della stanza in modo che non si potesse nemmeno camminare nella stanza senza spargere la polvere ovunque. Non si sono nemmeno offerti di cambiare la stanza. Il letto è duro come la pietra. L'aria condizionata non funziona. Quando è impostata a 19*C esce comunque aria calda. Non ho idea di come possa funzionare in estate. Per fortuna la notte era più fresca e si poteva abbassare la temperatura in camera con la finestra aperta. Lo svantaggio è l'estrema rumorosità della strada. Decisamente troppo caro per il prezzo. Uno dei peggiori hotel in cui abbiamo mai soggiornato. L'aspetto positivo era l'acqua offerta dal minibar.

Nel complesso buono e pulito.

This is a hotel that doesn't do more than needed to keep the third star. Service is OK but no one does more than what is expected and whet the guests ask for. The location is OK but no services, like restaurants, if you don't count McDonalds as a restaurant and I think it is close to blasphemy to mention that name when talking food in Italy. No one told us the hotels restaurant was closed on Sundays... Barely 3 stars

Un buon hotel a 3 stelle, peccato che ci siano solo scale, nessuna rampa per le valigie ed ancora meno un ascensore.. poi magari se venisse rispettata la prenotazione sarebbe anche meglio.. ho prenotato una camera con letto matrimoniale e me ne hanno data una con letti singoli…. Se non si rispetta ciò che viene chiesto allora diventa senza senso prenotare su questo hotel…
