Excellent location for overnight stay before flying out of Malpensa. Their shuttle ride is a taxi service that they always use. 35 euros or 40 if early morning. Right on time. Have restaurant on site. Small menu but delicious.

This was the best sleep I have had for many years the bed was so comfortable. The air conditioning didn’t work but it didn’t bother me but the coming from airport and going back in total was 90 euros so not cheap and abit far .

This was the perfect hotel for us when we arrived in Italy and needed a night to relax before moving on, and also the night before we left! Nice, clean, quiet. Perfect for our needs. Nice bar service, too. Thank you!

The staff was very friendly and welcoming, which made check-in a pleasant experience. The breakfast was surprisingly good and varied, especially considering the affordable price of just €7 — definitely a great value. However, the bathroom was shockingly dirty — one of the worst I’ve ever seen. The lower part of the bathtub had a thick layer of grime that had clearly built up over time, forming a slimy residue that was extremely off-putting. It seemed like it hadn’t been cleaned properly in ages. The poor lighting in the bathroom probably contributed to this being overlooked, but it seriously affected the overall experience. With better bathroom hygiene, this place could be a solid budget option. Until then, I’d be hesitant to return.

Hotel is located in a remote area, real struggle to find transportation to get there. Airport taxi charge €40 and it was around 20 mins from the airport. Check in was smooth, breakfast area was good with some decent selections . Will not stay that far again as the price you pay to the property addition cost to get there and back to the airport is not worth it so much time wasted and efforts

The staff was excellent and the rooms clean and nice. Breakfast buffet was lovely. Overall a reasonably priced and adequate place to stay. However, although the hotel's website says it is close to MXP Malpensa airport, it is not. The hotel is out in the country and 11kms from the airport. A good place to stay if you have a car, but not if you are relying on a taxi. We were quoted 40 Euro for a taxi to MXP terminal 1.

The room was very hot, the airconditioning wasn’t working, I went downstairs to reception to ask about it and she said she changed it from the computer at reception and it made no difference. I had to sleep with the windows and curtains open and lots of mosquitoes came in. Breakfast was not good at all. Overall very old rooms.

Property was listed as 3.25 miles from Malpensa. It was 7 miles. Staff person was cold and very indifferent. Bar wasn't really a bar. Just a small counter with a few drink selections. (eg, two bottled beer brands to choose from.) Would not stay here again.

Nice clean hotel. It is close to Malpensa Airport but remote. The reception staff were slow and miserable and we found out when we got there that there was no dining room that night. The air conditioning was noisy so we had to switch it off. The card machine did not work when checking out and they asked me to go to a cash machine and get cash!!

We like the hotel, but we were stranded as we didn’t have a car. We would have had to hire a taxi to go anywhere. We decided to to walk about a 1/2 mile to a local sandwich place for lunch as there were no other options. The hotel provided a nice breakfast and a restaurant for evening meal but nothing for lunch. So we walked along a very busy road, to the restaurant, i fell fortunately the cars noticed and got over. It could have been a lot worse. Our recommendation is if you have a car it’s a very nice place to stay, if you require a place to stay for the airport and don’t have a car stay closer to the airport as this hotel is in the country with little to no amenities!
