It was a nice hotel but there was a lift to travel up. This was extremely tight. Also the shower was so small my partner struggled to manoeuvre properly. The room was nice but the photos made it look a lot bigger than what it was. The view was amazing though!

This is not a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. It was like a sauna in there. I was advised to open the balcony door. I did this, it was noisy and let in flies, which bit us. Talking of the balcony - it opened out on to a power generator. Lovely. The beds were rock solid and short. My feet hung off the edge (I am 6ft 1, so not excessively tall). The lights were weirdly wired and we couldn’t turn some off without using a strange power-cut switch that cut all power to the room including chargers and the tv. Bring your own shampoo etc… there’s some gloop in dispensers in the bathroom that appears to be hand soap, shampoo, well… everything. The shower cubicle was wonky, the room and hotel in general is tired looking and in need of renovation. There is no front desk after 11pm. When I checked in, they hung on to our passports. I asked when I would get them back: ‘10, minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, don’t worry,’ was the response. The lift could barely fit me and a 12-year-old with rucksacks. To top it all, we were locked out of our room when we needed to get our bags and head for the airport. The janitor had to come along and fix it. The location is pretty good and I think the hotel relies on this for custom. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

Upon arrival I was informed that they had a plumbing issue and would be moving me to another hotel 20 min away. This was 20 min in the opposite direction I needed to be. They did not offer transportation and told me to just walk back to the train station and buy another ticket to get to the other hotel. When I asked if they would provide a discount or transportation, they were suddenly able to give me a room. Once i accessed my room, i noticed that the air conditioning did not work. They told me it was turned off for the entire building. The street was too loud to leave the window open while sleeping. Considering AC was one of my requirements when booking, it was disappointing. There is no complementary coffee, water or toiletries. They had a hand soap dispenser in the shower with only hand soap. The staff was friendly. You could have the same experience at a hostel for a fraction of the price. I would not stay again.

Location to Galleria and Duomo were ideal, but very little good dining options nearby. Concierge desk recommend next door, but we had a poor experience there. Some staff at hotel was helpful and others were rude.

The service and hotel is actually great, location is fantastic walkable to the major things you wanna see. The only down side is that the lift is tiny (which they can't help) and the bed mattress is sagging (now this needs replacing) that I woke up with sore back.

Absolutely terrible, very surprised that Expedia rated this a four star. Expedia - please review this. Hotel was well placed, walkable to good interest points. Staff very not helpful, they did not help with basic questions. Property is very dated. Room keys were a big issue, we were only given one room key per room despite booking 2 triple rooms. Were told that we had to manage the one key between occupants! Also tried to change us for another key to use! Asked for use of an umbrella, told they had one but it was broken! No English tv channels, but they insisted there were but then wouldn't help us. When we tried to contact them after our stay to discuss with management the issues we had, we were told to message their main inbox where messages are filtered! The list goes on unfortunately.

The hotel is near the atractiva that I w antes to see. The room was little, like most on Europe, but clean and had everything we needed. The employees were polite and helpful. The only thing is they need more, the ones that work at the front desk sometimes are the only ones there. A couple of times I arrived at night and there was no one at the front desk, probably the employee was attending other chores. But we had a great stay there.

Air conditioning didn’t work properly and got super hot at night. Brought it up at the front desk but they didn’t solve the issue. Room floor was sticky on some areas and shower clogged. Good location but don’t expect much from the room.
