Good location. In spite of old funiture, bed room condition was pretty good.

저희는 출장이라 5명이 각각 다른 방에 묵었는데 길쪽에 있는 방은 소음이 있었어요. 반대 쪽은 괜찮았고요. 조식에서는 즉석에서 착즙해주는 오랜지 쥬스가 가장 좋았습니다.

위치가 정말 좋고 두오모 가실분은 중앙역보다 훨씬 좋습니다.

역이 가깝고 위치가 좋습니다. 조식도 맛있었어요. 방은 크진 않았지만 깔끔했어요~ 직원들도 친절해서 좋았습니다. 전반적으로 나쁘지 않은 호텔이었습니다

다시 밀라노에 온다면 이 호텔을 이용하고 싶습니다. 서비스가 아주 좋았습니다

It was a nice hotel but there was a lift to travel up. This was extremely tight. Also the shower was so small my partner struggled to manoeuvre properly. The room was nice but the photos made it look a lot bigger than what it was. The view was amazing though!

Amazing place to stay close to everything definitely will come back again great communication with the host safe place and clean place to stay I loved it thank you

This is not a 4-star hotel. The air conditioning in our room didn’t work. It was like a sauna in there. I was advised to open the balcony door. I did this, it was noisy and let in flies, which bit us. Talking of the balcony - it opened out on to a power generator. Lovely. The beds were rock solid and short. My feet hung off the edge (I am 6ft 1, so not excessively tall). The lights were weirdly wired and we couldn’t turn some off without using a strange power-cut switch that cut all power to the room including chargers and the tv. Bring your own shampoo etc… there’s some gloop in dispensers in the bathroom that appears to be hand soap, shampoo, well… everything. The shower cubicle was wonky, the room and hotel in general is tired looking and in need of renovation. There is no front desk after 11pm. When I checked in, they hung on to our passports. I asked when I would get them back: ‘10, minutes, 20 minutes, 1 hour, don’t worry,’ was the response. The lift could barely fit me and a 12-year-old with rucksacks. To top it all, we were locked out of our room when we needed to get our bags and head for the airport. The janitor had to come along and fix it. The location is pretty good and I think the hotel relies on this for custom. I definitely wouldn’t stay there again.

We enjoyed our stay but believe that noice from rooms next door was not good. Next door they watch movie and we could hear everything. Bathroom is very small and shower so small that almost could but turn myself. Further the location is close to center which is convenient

Upon arrival I was informed that they had a plumbing issue and would be moving me to another hotel 20 min away. This was 20 min in the opposite direction I needed to be. They did not offer transportation and told me to just walk back to the train station and buy another ticket to get to the other hotel. When I asked if they would provide a discount or transportation, they were suddenly able to give me a room. Once i accessed my room, i noticed that the air conditioning did not work. They told me it was turned off for the entire building. The street was too loud to leave the window open while sleeping. Considering AC was one of my requirements when booking, it was disappointing. There is no complementary coffee, water or toiletries. They had a hand soap dispenser in the shower with only hand soap. The staff was friendly. You could have the same experience at a hostel for a fraction of the price. I would not stay again.

Location to Galleria and Duomo were ideal, but very little good dining options nearby. Concierge desk recommend next door, but we had a poor experience there. Some staff at hotel was helpful and others were rude.
