Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm.

Location was great, front desk staff was were very nice, and the room was clean. Sadly the heat did not work very well and the room was quite cold for most of the stay. Elevator was slow and sometimes it would not come at all and needed a reset. Other than that it was a nice hotel.

The room had a very beautiful ceiling with frescos and has all we needed. The staff was very polite ahd helpful. There was a nice courtyard inside the hotel. Overall impression and experience is excellent!

Property looked great and was v clean and good location. Room good size. Was not offered the free drink promised. Notice saying you would be charged if you used kitchen so could not make tea or coffee. No tea or coffee in common areas as stated in description. Said there was a cafe. Something in courtyard but no menu or anyone visible to order from. Bit soulless. Was disappointed
