From the moment we arrived the staff were friendly, efficient and helpful. We arrived late but the receptionist took time to show local sites and amenities on the map and recommended things to do. The room was clean and large, the bed comfy and there was a little balcony for a morning coffee or after dinner drink. Breakfast was good and pretty reasonable - a few days we skipped it to explore local options instead. The hotel has a pleasant outdoor terrace where you can take breakfast, chill in the afternoon or have pre-dinner drinks. A shame it closed at 8pm along with the bar but there are no plenty of local spots for a later drink, including down by the river and in one of the several buzzing squares. All in all a great base for exploring Turin, the historic sites in the area, and day trips to other towns/cities. We made the most of fast train to Milan and had a great day.

Beautiful hotel, good location, good breakfast, and friendly helpful staff. The only negative is the lack of storage space in the room. It’s a shame that in an otherwise elegant and calming space there is nowhere to store luggage or put away clothes so the room feels messy. There is an open clothes rail for hanging clothes which is functional but not what I really want to be looking at when I wake in the morning. I couldn’t decide whether to keep my underwear in the Mini bar fridge or safe so ended up keeping it in my case as they were the only three options!

The room was spacious and spotless. With amenities such as a well equipped kitchenette fresh water everyday. We had the breakfast twice in our four day visit. Food was plentiful and varied with hot and cold foods. Coffee was good. We appreciated that the bar provided a light fare outside of Italian restaurant hours. Wonderful hotel in Turino! The staff is amazing and so helpful! Our room was huge and we had 20 ft high ceilings! Huge tall windows! Great view! Very modern and clean! The only draw back was the mattress on the bed was very hard/firm. I think this is becoming more common in Europe. But it feels like sleeping on the floor it is so hard. Being from the United States, I am used to plush, pillow soft mattresses. I had to take Tylenol and Aleve to get through the night, My legs and hips were hurting so much. But maybe other people like things more firm.
