The hotel is stunning from inside and outside. The staff members are always ready to go above and beyond to help out with anything needed. My friend and I just stayed there for a week and loved that we didn’t have to go far for food because they have a beautiful bar and restaurant in the hotel

It was a bit noise with the water pipes, and other noise at night with the fusiles or something. Carpet and wall were very dirty , the safe box didn’t work and we asked to be fixed, and they never did. Service was ok. I would not stay there again.

When we first arrived the room was very small for 3 people and it smelled like sewage. The night stands were also very dusty and when we called reception about it they were going to send someone up. No one came to the room so we went down ourselves ready to check out but they gave us another room which was bigger and cleaner. However the curtains to the bathroom were still dirty. Aside from the primary problem the rest of our stay was fine.

Very nice hotel and amenities. Room was clean and very up to date With a comfortable bed. Location left a little to be desired as it was a little difficult to find and was not as close to the airport as we thought. They have a shuttle bus that goes to Vatican City which was great but they charged 2 Euros each way per person and we really felt this should be a courtesy of the hotel.

Good solid 4-star hotel some would rate higher, but to me, a five star has no flaws, there were various insignificant issues to that. This is a tour hotel and busses roll in a couple of times of the day. So it can become crowded at the elevator. Good, the city bus (881) is across the street drops you right by the Vatican. Rooms pleasant and clean, breakfast, which we paid for extra was good waitress help good. Car park good we rented a car, so you could park right in front and drove to Pompeii. If you're not very good with directions and following goggle instructions I do not recommend this, the Italians drive very fast and the roads are very narrow at times and 2 or 3 choices present themselves very fast. Also, download a translator as opposed to many other countries English is not spoken a lot. Prepare for a city tax and resort fees as an extra at the hotel. Nice area soccer field across the street, very safe.

The reviews for this property were pretty good, so I decided to stay here. Horrible idea. 1) My flight landed later than expected, so I called the hotel to determine the best transportation method. Right before spending 50 euros for the taxi, (yes, if you arrive too late --past 11:30PM, the buses no longer run and taxi is your only option) I was told that they gave away my room (that I booked 2 months in advance) and I needed to go to the Black Hotel. The Black Hotel was so filthy that there were fresh stains in the bed. 2) Pisana was nice enough to pay for a taxi for transport from Black Hotel to Pisana, but the process took over 2 hours . 3) We paid Pisana for bus vouchers to get to central Rome (a 40 minute ride to where the tourist attractions are). The bus stop is conveniently located in front of the hotel, but the bus is SUPER UNRELIABLE (the bus app may say that the bus is arriving, but may still take 20 minutes to actually arrive). Also, the bus starts running at 5:30AM, but I never saw a bus before 9:15AM. 3) When I finally checked into my room, there was a cigarette odor so strong that my eyes were watering and I had to request another room. 4) While obtaining another room, the staff at the desk convinced me to purchase a guided tour of the Colosseum. I thought this was a steal since they were all sold out online. However, the front desk staff told us the wrong time for the tour. Guess who is going through hell to get their 147 euros back? Just get an AirBNB
