The staff was extremely courteous and pleasant and let us check into our room early since it was available. The room was clean and modern - we booked the suite on the top floor...no complaints. The hotel was located in the best location even though it was along a fairly busy street, it was securely locked to guests only and it never felt unsafe. It was less than ten minute walk from the train station - ideal as we arrived by train from Rome. It was less than 10 minutes from the Duomo and literally right around the corner from high end shopping. I highly recommend.

The room was very nice and clean. We also enjoyed the breakfasts and nice service from all staff who went out of their way to recommend best restaurants nearby and best gelato shops. Great location in center of town close to all major sites.

This hotel was amazing! We don't know where to start when it comes to say how much we loved this hotel! Right seconds away from the Duomo, it was breathtaking! The rooms were very clean and the clean service was phenomenal. The staff were very friendly and recommended the best places to visit and eat! Every single one of the front desk receptionist we met just made our experience at this place even more welcoming and enjoyable! thank you again Frame!! and we look forward to seeing you again!

I rarely write reviews for anything unless something truly stands out, and The Frame hotel does. Fantastic guest service, particularly from the concierge who checked us in. He went above and beyond in showing hospitality, even going so far as to book a reservation for us at the last minute at a popular restaurant. Additionally, excellent accommodations in a perfect location. Very close to the duomo and the train station. Despite being in the center of everything, no outside noise could be heard. My only complaint was regarding the controls for the water in the shower/bath being needlessly confusing (some Myst puzzles are simpler). Overall an excellent hotel that I’m excited to stay at the next time I’m in Florence, and the staff are incredible and helped make our trip perfect.

Had a great experience at the Frame hotel, located conveniently in the heart of Florence. The hotel staff Daniel was wonderful and made our stay better than we imagined. We liked our room and the amenities. Very clean and the refreshments on floor 2 were appreciated. I would stay here again! I only wish the WiFi was a little more reliable.

Only thing that wasn’t exemplary was getting into the shower. Was a bit problematic because door open towards the inside not to the outside. Was a little issue that could be fixed by fixing the shower door Opening. It was otherwise fabulous, and super clean, and as pictured. Free water and easy access was much appreciated. Loved it! Thank you!

The room was very nice for our family in terms of space. 2 levels. Rooms were clean. Carpet upstairs could benefit from replacement but temperature controls, terrace and large shower upstairs were really terrific. The breakfast is wonderful. Lots of options and very friendly staff. We were able to check in early which was so very appreciated. The location is amazingly close to everything. We were able to walk to everything including the train station. We will definitely stay here again.

We arrived a little early and our room was ready ahead of time. It was small as expected but very clean and functional. The standouts of our stay was the location as we could walk to all the places we wanted to check out. The second aspect was the exceptional staff that made several great recommendation and even called a restaurant on our behalf to make dinner reservation. Overall a very enjoyable stay and we would highly recommend it to anyone visiting.
