Great location, close to the centre of Florence and the train station. Staff were very friendly and helpful, buffet breakfast was lovely. There is a cellar with wine vending machine which is a really nice place to relax with friends. Will definitely stay again.

The location is excellent. We had the superior room, and it was very small; we could not keep our luggage open or empty it anywhere. There is a desk in the room, but there is no space to pull up the chair between the desk and the bed. The water that was inside the glass bottle in the room tasted like tap water. We threw it away, and it was never refilled. We drank water from the minibar; there was only one small bottle of natural water, which was also never refilled. We also ran out of soap in the shower. This is the type of hotel for a quick one or two-night stay.

The staff was fantastic - helped us with some questions we had and suggested a great restaurant. Hotel was super conveniently located near lots of restaurants and was easy walk to major attractions. The hotel itself is fine, but overall it did not meet my expectations. The breakfast was very limited and quite poor, although the lady working there was very kind and helpful. The elevator is extremely small, which can be inconvenient. Customer service was average, and for the price, I expected a better overall experience.
