Aside from the pool being “under maintenance”, my stay was amazing, beautiful mini resort style property. If you have lots of bags, it might be tricky to get down the stairs but lovely front desk and room.

The staff were very welcoming and helpful. The room itself had everything you need, including a Smart TV, safe, and mini-fridge. The facilities were well-maintained and all was cleaned regularly. The Strand is super close to the nearby metro stations, making it a convenient place to stay. Lovely atmosphere!

The staff here was lovely. However, the bathroom in my room had mold and the room had either been smoked in, or smoke from another room was wafting into mine. Lovely folks who run the place, but the amenities themselves could stand improvement.

Our room did not have any blankets or towels. The room smelled like and ashtray and urine. We spoke to the lobby associate who told us that the rooms did not include towels or bedspreads/blankets. He also said he was unaware of a smell since it was just cleaned and that no he did not have another room. We left and went to another hotel.

Good location - few mins walk from a subway station, lots of great restaurants and a 24 hr supermarket. The concierge was very friendly and helpful; check in process was easy. The room was generally clean, but run down. My main issue was that my toilet seat was broken and the hotel did nothing to fix it. I was told the maintenance staff was working at other properties and it would take 20 mins, which turned to 45 mins and another hour after that. I was very frustrated as I had been travelling for 2.5 hours prior and needed to use the washroom. A staff member let me use another washroom on the property when I explained how long I had been waiting. It was my last night in Rome and I didn't want to waste it in the hotel room so I finally left. This delayed me and I barely got to see/do anything for my last night which was so disappointing. I checked out the next morning and still no one had come by to fix the washroom. I've never had this experience at a hotel before and it made it a very disappointing stay.

Good location between two Metro stations but the hotel has seen better days. We only stayed one night on the last day of our trip so it was ok as the price was good. I hope its true that it will get some much needed tlc soon.

Be careful do not stay here the hotel has bed bugs. Video was well documented and I was bitten all over my body. I immediately left the property and never stayed another night . Still waiting for a full refund

Needed a reasonably priced comfortable hotel with 4 individual rooms with en-suite to visit Rome . It’s not central Rome but a short walk to the metro and your in the heart in 20 minutes , plenty of shops cafes near by .

Worst hotel i have stayed in. The first room was appalling and i received a room which resembles the advertisement on your web portal. No electrical sockets worked and the receptionist thought it was funny. I left at 01.00 after tearing my hair out trying to charge my phone. I would appreciate a full refund.
