Das Hotel ist absolut renovierungsbedürfrig . Löcher und Flecken in der Bettdecke , Vorhängen . Löcher im Boden . Falls jemand am Pool interessiert sein sollte : vergessen ! Die Entfernung zum Zentrum mit dem Taxi sind realistisch 20-30 Minuten - nicht wie angegeben . Achtung : das Hotel liegt außerhalb der Zone von 55€ pauschal zum Flughafen . Es sind deswegen 75€ !

The staff here was lovely. However, the bathroom in my room had mold and the room had either been smoked in, or smoke from another room was wafting into mine. Lovely folks who run the place, but the amenities themselves could stand improvement.

Our room did not have any blankets or towels. The room smelled like and ashtray and urine. We spoke to the lobby associate who told us that the rooms did not include towels or bedspreads/blankets. He also said he was unaware of a smell since it was just cleaned and that no he did not have another room. We left and went to another hotel.

Værelse lever ikke på til billiede, vores værelse var øgelagt, skaber med køleskabet var muggent. Man skulle betale 15 eur per person/dag for at benytte poolen, som ikke står beskrevet nogle steder. Derudover siger da poolen er ren og kan bruges, men den var helt grøn og ulækker. Hotellet er slet ikke som ventet

La personne à l'accueil du soir ne fait aucun effort pour vous accueillir, on était avec notre enfant nous avons donc demandé un coussin en plus Il nous a dit de revenir 10 min plus tard et en revenant il n'avait pas bouger de sa chaise On avait l'impression de le déranger Et surprise le matin, notre voiture a été vandalisé parmis toutes les autres voitures car la seule avec un matricule Français

It was great location, very close to the metro. The rooms were relatively small but we only used it for sleep. Relatively clean. The area had lots of dining options.

There was a really bad smell in the hotel and in the room. When we left the hotel, the smell stuck on all of ours clothes. The washroom is right next to the bed, and it didn’t close well, so you just had to sleep next to that. The room is also very small. The bed and the pillow were way too soft and sinks. In general, the room wasn’t in good condition. Positive: it’s right next to a metro and a supermarket

Good location - few mins walk from a subway station, lots of great restaurants and a 24 hr supermarket. The concierge was very friendly and helpful; check in process was easy. The room was generally clean, but run down. My main issue was that my toilet seat was broken and the hotel did nothing to fix it. I was told the maintenance staff was working at other properties and it would take 20 mins, which turned to 45 mins and another hour after that. I was very frustrated as I had been travelling for 2.5 hours prior and needed to use the washroom. A staff member let me use another washroom on the property when I explained how long I had been waiting. It was my last night in Rome and I didn't want to waste it in the hotel room so I finally left. This delayed me and I barely got to see/do anything for my last night which was so disappointing. I checked out the next morning and still no one had come by to fix the washroom. I've never had this experience at a hotel before and it made it a very disappointing stay.

The only good thing is the 24 hour reception No hot water for shower AC not wotking properly Area is not attractive I feel unsafe Neighbors are noisy, noisy from the street
