Place is Century located and very close to the Roma Termini train station. Towels and beddings are comfortable and updated. The building itself is average as there are many blemishes on the walls and floors and our window did not close entirely allowing more noise at night. Overall, I would recommend this stay and it was pleasant.

We loved our stay here and miss it already. It was near everything and the staff were very nice. The room itself was beautifully done and very spacious and clean. Very very comfortable. Definitely will return.

I was only there one night but the hotel was efficient and had a rather pleasant look to it. I’d definately consider it for my next stay in Rome. Well located. I did not eat there

The pictures of the room are completely different from the actual room I got. The room that I got took me back to the 80s. It is extremely old. The water kettle is so dirty that I didn’t want to touch it. The wall of the rook and bathroom are scratched, and I can’t tell if they are clean. I didn’t hang up my bath towel because I worried the wall is dirty. There is also not recycle bin. Last issue is the bathtub. It is so high that it is dangerous.
On the good side, the room is decent in size. Overall I feel cheated and can’t wait to check out.

This is a beautiful hotel and the best part is it is a four minute walk from Roma Termini ( the main ration in central Rome). They do make you upload a lot of information ahead including all your passport information, a picture and personal information. And it might be a Europe thing but it costs money to have another person (like my husband) stay with me in my extra large bed I booked.

The hotel is conveniently located by the Roma Termini making access to the trains very easy. Located in a walkable neighborhood with a variety of restaurants. Close to hop-on, hop-off tourist buses. Staff were exceptional - great customer service! Hotel was beautiful, safe, and clean. Breakfast buffet was outstanding. We would stay at Una Hotels Deco Roma again!

All the staff was very kind and friendly. The place was immaculate and impeccable. More than anything else, it was only a block away from the Rome train station. Everything was really convenient. When I go back, it definitely is the place for me.

The corner rooms are not comfortable to sleep. The train passes by all night long. Way too much noise. People on the street over night talking too loud. We couldn’t sleep for 3 nights

Expensive for what it was. Also large Trafalgar bus tour at the hotel which made breakfast chaotic and impossible to get any food or coffee. Very disappointed
