Lovely hotel in a great location, close to Termini terminal, staff very friendly and accomodating, great buffet breakfast. The balcony was lovely but i thought there would be a better view. My only negative would be the size of the room, it was very small. Overall, i would recommend this hotel for location and friendliness of staff

Convenent location steps to train station. Also easy walk to all the major sights.

Beautiful little hotel. Looks like it is brand new. Don’t expect that for the price. Staff was wonderful and rooms great. Attention to every detail.

Perfect stay, real high end hotel within walking distance to Roma Termini

The room was large & very clean with many amenities. Simone was extremely helpful & pleasant to work with upon check in & for recommending sites to see as well as arranging for an exceptional dinner for our one night stay. We look forward to coming back from our trip to Cortona & Sorento. I would also like to thank Laura for her efforts in setting our minds at easy in correcting my reservation mistake many months ago! I gave this hotel 2 stars because, unfortunately, the cleanliness of our room did not meet expectations. When we arrived, the shower had visible dirt in the tub and along the sides, and there was even a broken shower gel bottle left sitting on the edge of the tub. The sink also had dirt in it and did not appear to have been properly cleaned, and the toilet seemed like it had been overlooked as well. There were marks and dirt on the walls in both the bedroom and the bathroom, which made the room feel poorly maintained. The chairs in the room were also very worn and could use replacing. The location was decent. It was about a 20-minute walk to most of the main attractions, but it was only a short walk to the train station, which was convenient. Overall, while the location had some positives, the lack of cleanliness and the condition of the room made for a disappointing stay.

Great location, one particular male front desk staff (who checked us in) was wonderful and very helpful. Breakfast was great. Only one minor drawback is that we asked a staff member to check flushing of the toilet but request seemed to have been ignored. Other than that the experience was excellent. Would recommend and stay there again if ever in Rome.

Overall great, but the pillows were horrible, probably needed to ask for better or more but we didn't.

We stayed at the Deco Roma for 3 nights whilst visiting Italy. The hotel is a 5 minute walk from the Termini train station which was one of the reasons we booked. Our room was very nice, clean, and spacious. My only gripe was that there was a kettle but no tea or coffee, only a sign that read “ call reception if you want tea or coffee”. Whats the point in that? Just put it in the room! One of the reasons I booked was the photos on this site show what appears to be a rooftop bar / terrace, with tables and chairs overlooking the city. Be aware there is no roof terrace or rooftop bar at this hotel, the photos on the booking site are of some of the premium rooms. I asked about this at reception and was told that this was the case. I think the photos are misleading on the booking site and do give the impression there is a rooftop bar at this hotel. Breakfast was nice at the hotel with plenty of fresh choices and it was well-staffed. The location is not too far from the main tourist attractions to walk and there is a metro stop just around the corner. Would stay here again and would recommend this hotel if you are visiting Rome.

Very clean and nice hotel! Very close to Rome Termini which was very helpful. Fast turnaround with a laundry service needed after arriving from a cruise. Helpful staff, good room. Thank you!

Great location if you are using the nearby train station. Quick getaway to the airport too.

Clean big rooms and close to Roma Termini.

Very elegant and well maintained rooms. Literally across the road from Termini, very quiet at night which is great and makes for a very good short stop in Rome if travelling elsewhere

Dont let this place fool you. This is a bad area. You do not want to hang out here , especially after dark.

The room was nicer than the pictures when booked. It is nicely centralized walking distance from eatery’s, souvenir shops, etc.
