The pool is very cold! ... with a "waterfall" that you press a button and it stays on for only about a minute, max. Don't miss going outside, and take your coffee up to the upper roof, panoramic views of the city. Very nice. Hotel is nice, right on the subway, easy to get everywhere.

This hotel is in the perfect location to explore central Milan, steps from the metro. We stayed two weeks for the Olympic games and fashion week. Our junior suite was exactly the modern room we were promised. True, the building is a classic so the halls are not straight and wide, but you should chose a hotel based on its hallways! The staff were welcoming each and every time we stepped in from our daily adventure. The showers were hot, with solid water pressure. The rooms were kept clean and well stocked. The elevators were always available, and were welcome, modern upgrades. We loved our experience and will definitely recommend Una Hotels and this property in particular to all that ask!

Breakfast was wonderful! The room was clean but was in the oddest location… back of the hotel, 5 stories up, then down three different halls and then down stairs and up stairs and then through a shred door and THAN to our room. It did have a balcony and was next to the metro, so that was very helpful.

Clean room, very friendly and helpful staff. Ideal location next to Metro and 10 minute walk from Centrale. Plentiful breakfast buffet. Only issue was the size of the room. Very cramped and claustrophobic even given it was a single room.

Scariest experience ever, avoid!! This hotel is a labyrinth, with a residential area only separated by an automatic door. The door open to you, you cross the door and there’s no way to return to the hotel, unless a resident open the gate on the first floor. This is specially scary if you have kids. It happened to me and this issue made me miss my slot to see the Last Supper (the only reason that I was in Milan). I was lucky that a resident was near their window and he was gentle enough to open the gate. The hotel staff was super rude and they said that “I was not supposed to be on that side”.. Well, I was looking for and exit and that door opened automatically, if I wasn’t supposed to be there, the door should have been locked!! Trafficking vibes all over, scary and traumatic.. avoid!
