The room was clean, with the exception that the blinds in the bathroom had some mold on it. But otherwise, it was a great room with couch and a comfortable bed. The bath was great! Toilet was up to standard. Rooftop pool was a nice 30.1C. The jacuzzi was broken at the time, but the sauna on the roof was nice, too.

One of the nicest hotels I've stayed in bar-none. Room was massive with a gorgeous night view. All room amenities could be controlled via the tablet in the headboard, including AC, TV and info about Beppu. Within walking distance of Beppu Station as it's just up the hill. Parking offered from venue across the street. Bathroom had a full soak tub with a powder room, and a segregated toilet. room. Beds were comfortable and big. Rooftop pool was a joy to experience, with heated guardrail-less pools that have stone chairs built into the pool overlooking Beppu and the mountains. Onsen was decent, but could use a servicing to remove lime scale.

Good sized rooms with a lot of room and property amenities. Unfortunately we didn't have time to use everything! The parking was a bit tricky but the staff were helpful in helping out. Pretty close to Beppu station as well.

Room came with a good view of the city, mountains and a far-off view of the sea. The room was spotlessly clean and very spacious for 5 of us and our luggages. Love how the dining area, sleeping area and living room area were all separated, giving everyone space. Beds and pillows were firm and very comfortable. Onsen in room was a dream to use every night. Rooftop view from hotel was amazing. And yukatas are free to borrow. Our room came with a free-flow alcohol happy hour in the evening too! Staff were polite and friendly. All in all, will highly recommend this stylish hotel with cosy comforts.

Our stay here was for two night. It went pretty well. The staff is amazing and speak English really well. They are very helpful and courteous.
This seemed to be a super touristy area. Alot of Korean tourists. Touristy is not what we look for our stay, so didn’t realize this until we got there. We didn’t book a hot spring in beppu because this hotel offered bath on thier 14th floor. The amenities pick up is
available from the bath upstairs. We decided to go there to check out the amenities and the bath…it was chaos there. I have been a lot of ryokans and onsens around Japan..and this was full of Korean tourists observing non of the public bath manners, they had taken almost all the amenities, and were being loud, the toilet rooms were open and smelled like someone pooped there. After seeing that we skipped the baths.
We had a car so everything was reachable from here and they had super affordable car parking garage available right in the back of the hotel. You just take your ticket and they validate it for you at the hotel. They have relaxation services available for which you have to go the inn next door…we ended up getting that and it was honestly amazing. Overall really nice hotel.

It was a fun stay and I enjoyed my two nights here. You can choose your choice of yukatas. The onsen is well sized and clean with all the amenities you need. Breakfast was also enjoyable with many food options. Only downside was that the room's bathroom was not well maintained - there was a stale smell and mould around the edges of the bath tub, drainage was also very poor leading to pooling of water while showering.

Great staff! Has English speaking personnel to explain details during check in. Breakfast buffet had a very good variety: western, Japanese and Korean. Enjoyed the stay!
