The room and amenities. For the room we recieved it was very unique and had a nice view. Some suggestions, it could have more amenities and update to some features. For example the tall bed in room 101 could be lower, for shorter people. The toilet to be positioned in a way with more space, especially for tall people. There could be a washer and dryer especially for towels. Could provide more towels. Could have access to tea and coffee. Could have disposable shoes. The bathrooms could have newer shower drapes. The bath tub could be stuck to the floor incase people step in the otherside. The tiles were nice and polished and made the place bright.

External was ok

Walkable distance to American village for shopping. The beach is right out the front door. There’s a restaurant upstairs and is super busy on weekends and noise from it is horrible!

Pros: It was the perfect location. Beach was right out the front door, as well as an awesome playground for the kids and a basketball court! Walkable distance to the American village. Could see the fireworks from the front porch every Saturday and Tuesday! The views were great! There was plenty of things to do with in walking distance! Cons: there is a restaurant upstairs so on the weekends it is super busy and extremely loud and you can hear everything going on up there. Makes it hard to sleep with that much noise. There is a big parking lot but it’s the restaurants. They give you one spot to park there but on the weekends if you leave and come back the restaurant is full and you will have no where to park, or the opposite if you want leave you may be blocked in and not be able to which is frustrating. There is no housekeeping. We stayed a month there so we had to go out and buy the essentials. There is no one there to ask a question or get any help. The washing machine was discusting! So in overall it depends on what your needs and wants are.

Clean and good location. Co-located with Izakaya. Easy acess and parking.

Absolutely loved this property! Nothing bad to say about it at all. Best location. Could watch the kids from the balcony at the pirate ship park. Beautiful beach. Spa was great. Shops and dining all within walking distance. Even got to watch the fireworks at America Village from our balcony. Cant wait to visit again!

３泊予定でしたが、１泊のみで自腹キャンセルしたほど、非常に印象が悪いです。他の部屋は良いのかもしれませんが。 【良い点】 ホテルのスタッフは、口コミ通り、親切で非常に良かったです。花火イベントによる渋滞情報なども教えてくださり助かりました。 【悪い点】 部屋が本当に悪かったです。2 Twin Bunk Bedsを予約しましたが、予約サイトの写真は正直詐欺です。 部屋には窓がなく、昼夜など外部の様子が全くわかりません。あとテレビがないのは予想外でした。窓やテレビの有無を確認する発想がありませんでしたが、せめて部屋のタイトルに「窓なし」くらいは記載したほうが良いかと。 お風呂に猫脚のバスタブがありますが、シャンプーボトルなどの置き場がないので、シャワー利用するには使い勝手が非常に悪いです。一方、バスタブに湯を張ると、身体を洗う場所がなく、さらに、お湯を抜くと洗面所が全て水に浸かります。床がタイルで滑りやすく、子供や年配の方には結構危ないと思います。 この部屋で一泊した翌朝、この部屋に戻ることを想像すると残りの沖縄ステイが楽しめなくなると思い、自腹覚悟で残り２泊をキャンセルしました。キャンセル費用はエクスペディアさんと相談すると仰って頂きましたが、その後5 日経っても何の連絡もないので、たぶんそうゆうことなんでしょう。 外国含め多くの安宿も経験してきましたが、残りの宿泊をキャンセルしたのは初めての経験でした。 場所は良いですし、他の部屋は良いのかもしれませんが、この部屋のトラウマがあるので、個人的には二度と利用しませんし、知人にも絶対におすすめはしません。

Rooms are a lot smaller than the advertisements. Felt like I was staying in prison but I wasn't planning on being in there much. Also no one was available on the day of checkout. Waited 45 minutes at the front desk before I gave up and left a note. All in all clean rooms, small, no service but cheap.

the place is perfectly good for a big group of family. We have 10 people with good arrangement on the beds. 3 toilets in the room we stay. But 2 shower rooms and 1/2 are actually 2 showering facility. Although we are family, it is still a bit inconvenient on arranging the showering time among the group. Overall comment for this property is still good.

Hotel staff was friendly and helpful. Hotel area was quiet and next to the beach. Opp a convenience store was a good thing a as you can almost get anything late at night

ロケーションが最高で窓からの景色も素晴らしかったのですが、入ってすぐに床に見落としてしまうようなサイズではないゴミを発見したり、バルコニーに通じたドアの外、シャワー室、風呂場の壁、ソファなどの汚れが目立ち非常に残念でした。4泊の予約でしたが、シャワー室、風呂場両方のハンドソープがボトルの10分の1ほどしか入っていませんでした。また、バスタブがオシャレなのは良いのですが、床に固定されておらずシャンプーに手を伸ばした際、体重(70kg)でバスタブが傾き、バランスを取ろうとしてシャンプーなどを置いた棚で手を軽く打撲しました。大事には至りませんでしたがその後バスタブは使いませんでした。 和室の床が硬く、敷布団も質が悪かった為に快適に眠ることが出来ませんでした。 シャワー室のトイレとシンクの距離、アングルがトイレ利用に非常に不便でした。 間取りやロケーションは最高なので、上記の安全に関する点と衛生面が改善されるならまた利用したいと思いますし、知人友人にもおススメ致します。

부모님과 미취학 어린자녀 포함 9명의 대식구가 이용하였습니다. 방이 여러개라서 대식구가 이용하기에 적합합니다. 씻는곳이 여러군데라 편리했고 주방시설이 있어서 너무 좋았어요. 침대뿐만 아니라 요이불이 많아서 어린 자녀들이 바닥에서 자기가 좋았습니다! 방이 사이트의 사진과 동일합니다! 다만 체크인하고 방 찾아가기가 어려웠습니다 202호는 체크인건물 옆건물에 있습니다.

長期滞在型、または、大勢の家族でワイワイしながら、滞在しているかのように過ごしたいタイプにはおすすめです。 室内にキッチン、洗濯機などがあり、家にいるかのようなスタイルで暮らせます。 ホテルのようなサービスはなし。 エレベーターがないのと、裏階段を使うため、足場が少し危ないので、子供やお年寄りにはきついかも。 綺麗なバカンスと言うよりは 現地に暮らしているようなローカルスタイルが好きな方にはピッタリだと思います

フロントに人がおらず。 元カラオケBOX？って雰囲気も。 写真のイメージと違い、ホテルとわからなかった。 清掃も行き届いておらず、清潔感も無し。 これで55,000円は、いくらお盆料金だとしても酷い。 唯一取り得の、目の前がビーチというところも、コロナの関係で遊泳禁止。 残波や万座はやっているのに何故？？ そして、遊泳禁止なら旅行前に案内が欲しかった。 二度と使いません。

アラハビーチの真前。友人と飲んで遊んでという利用には最適。アメリカンビレッジも近く楽しいスポット。 唯一残念なのはアラハビーチの水質。やはり北部には敵いません。

部屋とロケーションはgood! スタッフのいる時間がもう少し長ければより良い。

部屋も広くキッチン備品も全てあり快適にすごせました。 バルコニーからの眺望も絶景。 レンタサイクルも無料で、スーパーも徒歩圏内。また利用したいです。

There was no window in our room but the price was very cheap and the location is very good. Only takes 1-2mins to the sea. We could swim and walk near sea. And the employee was kind but he often wasn't at lobby.
