Free drinking water dispenser is available, so no need to bother buying water outside. You can request to clean the room & change towels. Recommended to stay here if you go to Kyoto. We took the airport limousine to the Kyoto Station. This hotel is located near the Kujo subway station and bus stop. The staff can speak English fluently, friendly, and very helpful. There are welcome drinks, free flow tea, and coffee for guests. There are free facilities to use like a dryer and washing machine. A very welcoming vibe for international visitors. Clean and tidy room. However, the breakfast was the same during our stays. Recommended to stay in this hotel.

The hotel location is very strategic, less than 200 meters from the Hachijo exit of Kyoto Station, Kyoto bus station is right in front of the hotel, close to the Mall, close to 7Eleven and Family Mart, many places to eat around the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. Check in via a machine guided by the staff. The hotel facilities are very good: comfortable room, clean and fragrant bedding, complete toiletries, converter cable provided, hairdryer, complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee are also available, the hotel has coin laundry facilities, microwave and vending machines, there are also hot spring facilities. Breakfast is delicious with a varied menu. The view at breakfast is the Kyoto bus station and the local hustle and bustle of going to work is exciting because it adds to the spirit. Will book Elcient again when visiting Kyoto again.
