The hotel is very family friendly. This is my second stay at this hotel and they upgraded our room. The bed was comfortable, the room is spacious enough for the 5 of us (2A3C). Love the snack & drink bar at the hotel, we can relax & rest well and the vibe is very calming & relaxing. There is a playground just next to the hotel and my kids love it.

The owner was friendly and easy to talk to. The coffee was also delicious. We have a large group of children, and it's rare to find a hotel that can accommodate five people in one room, so we were very satisfied with the quality of the accommodation. We would like to use this again if we have the opportunity.

Vending machine just outside. Staff: Very professional staff at the check-in office located just outside of Kyoto station. Great explanations and guide. We took the airport limousine to the Kyoto Station. This hotel is located near the Kujo subway station and bus stop. The staff can speak English fluently, friendly, and very helpful. There are welcome drinks, free flow tea, and coffee for guests. There are free facilities to use like a dryer and washing machine. A very welcoming vibe for international visitors. Clean and tidy room. However, the breakfast was the same during our stays. Recommended to stay in this hotel.

Very close to Kyoto station, just walk about 5 minutes. Also close to Lawson, Yoshinoya, & Sevel. The hotel staff is very friendly. Easy self check-in & checkout. Spacious room, 2 single beds. Free drinking water dispenser is available, so no need to bother buying water outside. You can request to clean the room & change towels. Recommended to stay here if you go to Kyoto. Thank you to all the hotel staff, you are the best.

The hotel location is very strategic, less than 200 meters from the Hachijo exit of Kyoto Station, Kyoto bus station is right in front of the hotel, close to the Mall, close to 7Eleven and Family Mart, many places to eat around the hotel. The staff is friendly and attentive. Check in via a machine guided by the staff. The hotel facilities are very good: comfortable room, clean and fragrant bedding, complete toiletries, converter cable provided, hairdryer, complimentary drinking water, tea and coffee are also available, the hotel has coin laundry facilities, microwave and vending machines, there are also hot spring facilities. Breakfast is delicious with a varied menu. The view at breakfast is the Kyoto bus station and the local hustle and bustle of going to work is exciting because it adds to the spirit. Will book Elcient again when visiting Kyoto again.
