Fantastic stay in Hiroshima, handy location with everything you need in walking distance and also the trams make it easy getting around Hiroshima as well as from the main station if arriving by shinkansen. Nice, modern, clean rooms, would happily recommend to anyone staying in Hiroshima, it's lovely city with a great feel to it and the hotel reflected that.

Onsen was great although popular as busy. That's good though. Rooms are good with comfortable beds and good air conditioning. Breakfast was good but the coffee machine is awful. Very slow and makes poor coffee with small amount that doesn't fill the mug nor is hot. Lifts are also very (very) slow and wastes time waiting and often full when it gets to your called floor. Definitely need more lifts (obviously unlikely) or at least increase the speed a little bit if possible. This is compounded by being unable to use the stairs which would reduce the demand for the lifts. It's a good hotel but I wouldn't return again.

Very clean and felt new. Helpful staff. Excellent breakfast. We were traveling with our teenager and booked the “standard twin” which was a little tight so I’d recommend going with the next room up. (It would probably be ok for a small child). Loved the spa though it would be nice if they provided an extra towel. Super comfy pjs though!

This is my 2nd time I stayed at this location and this one disappointed me. Breakfast bar was constantly running out of food and staff had to be reminded to fill it. This may be due to being short handed. But on the last breakfast I found a sharp piece of plastic in my eggs as I was chewing it, lucky I just didn’t swallow it straight I probably would have needed to go to the hospital. This will be my last time staying there.

The hotel was very well located, near attractions and public transit. The breakfast was good and had some options for gluten and dairy free people. The onsens were well taken care of they werent always busy but the steam room smelt (a little bit bad) but it was soothing and relaxing. Our only complaint was the room we booked a room for three but there was only two small twin beds and a couch which if our daughter wanted to sleep there we had to pay 3,000¥ for linens and for the room attendant to set it up 🙄😮‍💨😬 One of had to sleep in the middle of the two beds and it was very uncomfortable 😐

We just did one night here. But it was perfect for us. Two things are above and beyond about this place: The sento on the top floor where we soaked with a city view. And the breakfast buffet which was very extensive with so many delicious and fresh items. Best breakfast buffet we've had anywhere in our world travels.

The room was clean and great. A little negative point may be that they only have two small elevators, which are often full of people with large luggages and a long time to wait for. I also wished that there were a safe in the room as well as stationary. The phone in the room didn’t work to reach the front desk.
