5人で宿泊しましたが、とても過ごしやすかったです。繁華街へのアクセスは車がある場合は問題なく、電車も通っているので融通がきく為、非常に楽しかったです！

大変快適な札幌旅行となりました。部屋に清潔感があり、トイレ、洗面所、お風呂が別で、洗濯機、掃除機まで設置されたワンルームマンションの居心地の良さを感じました。気になったこととしましては、シングルベッドのマットレスのスプリングが固かったこと、お風呂が見た目より狭かったこと（シャワールームとしては全く問題ないです）、それと、たまたまかもしれませんが、夜間に上下どちらかの階の方の話し声が響いたことでした。滞在中の1夜だけでしたので同様の旅行者だったのでしょうか。住んでいらっしゃる方も礼儀正しく、エレベーターも譲り合いながら会釈してくださり、本当に気持ちの良い旅行となりました。次回もまた利用させていただきたいと思います。

Located in a residential district with narrow streets and no sidewalks. The parking is two short blocks away at a commercial lot without in/out privileges. Costco Hiroshima is in walking distance. Overall, we liked the nontouristy experience. The air conditioning worked very well. The beds were comfortable.
