The hotel is modern and clean. The staff are very professional and helpful. The location is a bit far from the JR train station and the port (which was what I needed to use everyday to access the art islands), but it's not a problem for people who don't mind walking 15-20 mins to the port area. It is surrounded by a lively shopping street and restaurants so there's plenty of choices for dinner, etc.
