Another review. Have stayed here several times with family. Because I really love this hotel. The price per night is not too expensive, the facilities are great, the location is very strategic, the receptionist is super duper friendly. Best hotel!

Every time I go to Osaka, I always stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Namba area. Food, shopping, trains. All are very close, only about 5 minutes by foot. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful in everything. Hot water, cola drinks, ice cubes, instant noodles, coffee can all be obtained for free in the hotel lobby. Best!

Great experience with hotel staff. Easy to check my bags early and they put our luggage in our room already when we had luggage shipped forward. Room had good storage under the bed. Free coffee/tea/beer in lobby. Easy access to the Dotonbori shops. Would highly recommend!

It was very conveniently located a couple of streets away from Dotonbori. Once you get the hang of where you’re going from the train station, you’re only a 3/4 mins walk away. Staff were extremely nice and there is free snacks/ drinks in the lobby

We had a wonderful stay at this hotel. All the staff were sooo helpful, personable and kind.
We did not get breakfast but couldn’t rate it as N/A hence did 5 stars to average out the rating.
Our only complaint is that the room gets dusty likely due to ventilation where there’s a light layer of dust noticeable on the headboard ledge.
We will be back! Family of 2 adults , 5 and 7 year old that slept very comfortably in our room with 2 twin and 1 single ( standard triple room)

Room were clean and cozy, washroom was smaller than expected. I’m 6 feet and over 200 lbs, so the washroom worked but was very tight for room.

Good location. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi shopping area. Lots of restaurants around. Around 10 min walk to Namba station. Lawson and 7/11 is just steps away.

Older rooms which were clean, there was an in room safe, washrooms were on the smaller side compared to other hotels on our Japan trip, good location, the amenities, massage chairs and free alcohol in the lobby were a nice touch. Staff was friendly and efficient.

Very friendly staff, clean. I didn’t need housekeeping in my room, so they left clean towels every day in a bag, hanging on my doorknob. The only downside was that the block the hotel is in is a bit dirty, but that’s out of the control of the hotel. Bed and pillows are on the hard side. Everything else is wonderful! Room was larger than what I expected in Japan.

Rooms are bit small, but the beds are comfy and clean. The hotel offers great services like bike and Wi-Fi rental. Staff is great and friendly, and their breakfast buffet offers a great way to start the day. Locations is great and puts you within a walking distance of great shops, restaurants, and transportation options. Been here twice already, and fully expect to stay here for all future trips to Osaka

The room was very small there was a huge pole in the middle of the room which made it hard to work around but the bed was very firm which is what I like. The bathroom is smaller than a cruise ship bathroom which gave me motion sickness every time I entered the bathroom. The staff was super friendly and helpful I really enjoyed the free drinks and ramen bar they had. This hotel is in the perfect location it is a minute walk to dotonbori and less than a three minute walk to the Namba train station. I enjoyed the different themed entertainment each night. This was an amazing vacation I will definitely be back

The beds were small but comfortable. The hotel was clean and staff were very helpful. The hotel is centrally located so it’s very close to the running man sign, lots of restaurants and stores and train stations.
Should we every go back to Osaka, we would be happy to stay here again.
