Amazing location in dotonbori district just two blocks away from the famous Ebisu bridge. Staff was friendly. Buffet breakfast was fantastic with espresso machine, as well as a mix of western and Japanese dishes.

The hotel is very clean, they have a lot of events daily including free kimono try on. Staffs are very welcoming. Amenities were greats with alcohol drinks and ice cream available daily. Laundry are convenient.

Every time I go to Osaka, I always stay at this hotel. The hotel is located in the Namba area. Food, shopping, trains. All are very close, only about 5 minutes by foot. The receptionist is very friendly and helpful in everything. Hot water, cola drinks, ice cubes, instant noodles, coffee can all be obtained for free in the hotel lobby. Best!

Very close to the Glico sign and Dotonbori area. Rooms was small but we were inly there to sleep so it was okay for me and my sister. Great location. About a 12 minute walk from Namba station.

The hotel itself was below average in terms of cleanness and staff. Although they offer free ice cream, soft and limited spirits, but never used it in our case as we’ve been out almost all the day. The hotel is crowded and crazy busy. But the location is perfect for visiting canal and around.

Convenient location. Reasonably clean. Nice amenities with drinks, ice cream, massage chair. Breakfast was excellent. My kids and I both enjoyed it - lots of variety and good quality food.
The room was extremely small. We paid for a 3 bed room, and the beds were so close they were touching. I understand rooms in Japan are small, but this left no room to exit the bed, store suitcases, or move freely. We were stepping over each other the entire time. The bathroom was so small I had to sit sideways on the toilet. AC worked well which was a bonus.

This hotel is fantastic. In a perfect area, literally walkable to all the cool sights in Dotonbori, it's a very busy & bustling area, so much to see and do. The hotel was clean, rooms were a decent size, we were able to get laundry done. Plus, every day in the lobby from 3-5 they offer free ice cream, free coffee, juice and free booze!! Excellent place!

Overall a comfortable stay in an excellent location with easy access to Osaka’s core shopping districts. The room was small—reasonable by Japanese standards—but might feel tight for larger guests (e.g., someone around 6’2”). The combined toilet and bathroom could develop an odor by the third night. On the plus side, the unlimited supply of amenities and drinks was truly unbeatable.

I booked a twin room for a 3 people family with 2 adult and 1 kid. The description said this twin room can sleep 4 people, but in actual it has two single bed for maximum of two people only. The room is very small. Toilet has a bit leakage and a bad smell outside the toilet. I finally upgraded a triple room.
The hotel has a common area with free drinks and cup noodle. We can only eat in the launch since the room is very small.
