Second time staying here. Awesome staff, excellent facilities and great location near eateries and transport.

Overall the hotel is not bad. It’s located a block from all the tourist madness so the surrounding area isn’t the cleanest. We booked a standard room and it was tiny. Layout of the room and bathroom is horrible. It was very affordable so really can’t complain. Hotel staff was awesome! The complementary sodas, beer, drinks and ice cream is a plus.

Excellent location. Very close to subway and Dotonbori. There was 1 rainy day, the hotel provided umbrellas free of charge - gotta make sure to return it. Loved the complimentary free drinks & icecream. Nice perk :) The room was small standard queen bed. Not much space however, had everything we needed. Room was clean & neat.

They have free ice cream and drinks! It’s walkable to near by Lawson! There is a huge lounge where we can just drink free tea and hang out! It is close to Namba station as well, and lots of good restaurants and shopping near by Dotonburi! We love this hotel!

What a fun stay this was. This location was perfect for all the activities I had planned plus was part of the tour we took of Osaka.

We had a great stay at this property. Close to everything. The room is small but that is expected in any hotels in Osaka or Tokyo. We would definitely stay there again next time we are in Osaka.

An absolutely great location to be close yet removed from Dotonbori. Good views with a good size room for two people both traveling with a large checked bag and small carry-on. Literal minutes or just a few blocks from all the action, and extremely quiet when you wanted to sleep.

The hotel was very accommodating and unique. Its location was perfect for walking to the market area.

Easy and convenient. Right on busy shopping and food district. Very close to subway.

10 minute walk to Namba station, EXCELLENT location, right on Dotonbori. Rooms are pretty small (typical Japan standard) bathrooms even smaller but doable. Free ice cream, soda fountain and alcoholic drinks during select hours in lobby. The hotel is a bit dated, though they did renovate select rooms on property. The main draw is the location which cannot be beat. Would stay again!

The hotel itself is great. Big for Japan's standards and great free facilities for guests. Amazing breakfast buffet! Dotonburi itself can be a bit noisy and dirty, especially at night and quite crowded. The hotel rooms are big, bathrooms are tiny. Great customer experience.

It was close distance to Dotonburi river lots of dining options, really liked that they had coffee each day. Breakfast buffet was good.

Sheets not clean, with leftover hair from previous occupants. Zero space to move in the room. Not recommended for families.

Location was right in the heart of Dotonbori as expected and easily walkable to surrounding neighbourhoods. Public transport and plenty of food options everywhere. Staff were lovely at check in and we were provided with amenities and free daily extras such as drinks and icecream which was a nice touch! Wifi was average and kept disconnecting which was annoying particularly as getting back on was temperamental. The walls were extremely thin and therefore heard everything your neighbours said and did.
