best one hotel in kyoto for me.. I will choose this hotel again if I go to kyoto. why? quite clean, new hotel maybe just one year, beautiful design, close to kyoto station (include shinkansen) by walking only 5 minutes, reception from many country including indonesia..^^ highly recommended..

The hotel was very nice. The room was clean, the bathroom was was good, and the bed was comfy. The staff were very helpful with our questions and requests. The breakfast was very nice with many options both for Japanese and Western food.

Great hotel. Rooms were clean, parking was reasonable, and it was well located and close to everything we wanted to see, especially the 1,000 Tori Gates.

The staff was very nice, the rooms clean and spacious, and the location barely 10 minutes walk from Nagoya station. However, unlike all of the Japanese hotels we stayed at during this 3 week trip there were no hand sanitizer stations to be found. This was especially concerning at the self serve buffet where there was no opportunity for you to wash or sanitize tour hands after using the buffet utensils.

Amazing stay in Kyoto. We loved everything about this hotel. The location is convenient, room quiet and clean, shower is very comfortable. The staff here is absolutely amazing! Special compliment to Ms. Hazuki Hatasa, the supervisor at the executive lounge. Her energy and enthusiasm is infectious! Between her and the team there, we felt like coming home every time we visited the lounge. Will definitely stay again next time we are in Kyoto!

Good table management system. Every table is given a "Table Occupancy Card" where guests can comfortably leave the dining table without worrying that it's may be taken by another guest whole collecting food or waiters clearing the table when guests or when guests are not at the table but haven't leave the restaurant yet. Upon leaving, guests will return the card to the reception. Many hotels including those 5 stars hotel perch can adopt this concept
