Grand Base Takamatsu is an apartment rental more than a hotel. Although it was not what we expected it was perfect for our stay in Takamatsu. It is very well located near the main shopping arcade, has a terrific soba restaurant across the street. It has an ok kitchen and be prepared to do some shopping for breakfast. Check-in is. little odd (no front desk - follow written instructions). When the written instructions did not work, we were able to get some help on line fairly easily. If you're looking for a a "hotel" experience, this is not for you - but as a short-term apartment, it worked quite well.

這次入住三人房，房間空間大床也大，有附洗衣機，洗好旳衣服可以晾在陽台或使用浴室乾燥，樓下就是商店街要找吃的很方便，到車駅走路只要三分鐘交通便利，若有再去高松遊玩會再回來入住。

あなぶきアリーナでのコンサートで利用しました。アリーナへは歩いていけます。
商店街のアーケードには食事出来るところも有ります。お店は閉店時間が早いので要注意。
食材買って簡単な調理可能です。
置いてある包丁は驚くほど切れません。
フェイス・バスタオルはたっぷり置いてあるので、足りなくなることはなかったです。
冷蔵庫や洗濯機(洗剤も)が有ります。
ただ洗濯物を干す場所が無いので大物の洗濯は控えた方がいいです。
ピンチハンガーや乾燥機が有れば良かったなと思います

マンションタイプ、無人チェックインの宿に初めて泊まりました。ホテルとは違い部屋数も少ないので人目を気にせず部屋に出入り出来るのは良かったです。
道路側に面する部屋でしたが、夜も静かに過ごせました。
部屋は広くダブルベッドが2つ、大型テレビ、100リッター位の冷凍冷蔵庫、電車レンジ、湯沸かし器、IHグリル付きキッチン(フライパン、鍋と皿、コップとカトラリー有).
