There wasn’t elevator for this property, but staff helped us carry our luggage to our rooms. The rooms are very large for Japanese standards, as at least one wing was repurposed from an old bank branch.

The room was very safe and quiet, which made for a good night's sleep. Although the room was shared, my privacy was well protected. The shower and toilet were separated, locked, and cleaned regularly. There was also a smart toilet available.

What a great hotel, near by tram stop No.5. The room size is bigger than any standard Japan hotel and the staffs is very accommodating. For sure will stay here again when visit Hakodate and will recommend to our friends
