Property is a little old. However a great location for everything. Food, shopping, train stations. And the staff excellent Would recommend if not looking for high end hotel but good location.

After being in smaller rooms on our trip. This was a nice stay with spacious room. We enjoyed the hot tub and absolutely loved the shower. Massage chair was a plus as well. Overall for the short stay we had no complaints.

This place is amazing! It’s in a great location and the rooms very spacious. It is a little outdated in style but for what you get you can get past it. Room came with a massage chair which was great after long days out. Beds were comfortable and location is so prime! Close to shops and shopping and you don’t hear the sound of the busy street from the room. Would 100% come back here!

This is a love hotel. Room is really uncomfortable, pin ball machine flashing bright red lights on at all times in the room. Very much do not recommend for a couples or family trip, it has its specific clientele and purpose. It is clean and close to Dotonburi street.

Location was great, super close to dotonburi and all the other little street markets. Also was just a short walk to the subway. The massage chair was also nice to have, we did use it once or twice. Best part was the location but also the room size, easily the biggest room we had in Japan
