There are so many cute little touches to this hotel! In our room, there is a beautiful rice crackers package and a handmade folded crane for good luck! When at the front desk there was yummy mochi for guests to try! Oishii! So good! There is a dining area on the left you can sit and drink ice water and hot tea if you are staying at the hotel. The staff is so friendly! They carried our luggage to our room before we checked in at 2pm! We did drop our luggage at 11am and went adventuring! There is a microwave down the hall to warm up your food or reheat your left overs! With free chopsticks, forks, spoons, etc. cups for your drinks! Free tea and bottled water in your room and breath taking views of the river right from your bedroom window. Absolutely love it here! Walked to the public onsen around the corner to try! You can get a discount ticket from the hotel staff here for a discounted price! We love it! Thank you again! Can’t wait to visit again next year!

We absolutely loved our stay at this hotel! Our view of the river and the mountains was just stunning! The service was exceptional. Everyone was so kind. They added breakfast was a really nice touch. We had never had a traditional Japanese breakfast before so we were unsure what to expect. The fish was delicious! The room could use a few more garbage cans (maybe in the bathroom?) and hooks in the bathroom to hang your clothing and towels. Other than that, it was spectacular! I loved having my morning tea looking out the window. Top tip: you must make reservations for dinner in advance. There are a few places that are open for the evening . We loved ‘Mama’ restaurant right down the street. We will be back- I loved all the activities!
