Amazing value for the money, located conveniently close to Hankyu Arashiyama station with plenty of dining options nearby. The back patio overlooks the river and it’s a beautiful place to have tea, and also removed from the usual bustle of tourists nearby. The staff were very helpful and kind, and kept our bags after checkout so that we could spend more time exploring. There was also a discount ticket for a nearby public bath that is good value, highly recommend. Hot water is available to make free tea and instant coffee, and the room was spacious and comfortable. Shops and restaurants in Arashiyama tend to close around six, so best to plan accordingly. Already planning another stay!

窓から川や先には渡月橋が見えて立地が良かった！
部屋も清潔感があり、広々としていて満足できた。
２歳の娘がいたがベッドをつっつけてダブルベッドのようにしてくれて、ベッドガードも準備してくれてとても良かった！
駐車場がホテルの横だったが少し狭かったのと光に集まる虫が多かった事がマイナス面だった。
総合してみるとスタッフの方の対応や価格なども良くとても満足したので次回も利用したいと思った。

Quelle belle expérience, nous avons vécu à l’hôtel Arashiyama! De l’extérieur l’hôtel n’est pas particulièrement impressionnant, mais il est extrêmement bien situé et la vue qu’il offre sur le canal et le pont est absolument couper le souffle! Nous avons été accueilli chaleureusement. Le lit et la douillette sont les plus confortables que nous avons eu de tout notre séjour au Japon. Le déjeuner est absolument incroyable. Ça vaut le coup de l’acheter s’il n’est pas inclus dans votre chambre. Le prêt de de vélo aussi disponible sans frais sur place. Une mention spéciale au personnel, ultra professionnel et qui nous a offert un accueil absolument unique. Arigato gasaimasu!

設備もアメニティも必要なものはしっかり揃っており内部も綺麗、ネット繋がるテレビも完備されておりビジネスホテルとしても観光拠点としても不満はない。
部屋数少ないため、他のお客さんと鉢合わせしづらいことも良かった。
