Everything was good except the laundry room - it was outdoors. When the weather was very hot, it was not possible to do laundry outdoors.

Great little hotel, clean, quiet and comfortable (though the mattress is a bit too soft for me). The WiFi was quite unreliable, as often in Japanese hotels, and breakfast was really unappealing - but very nice except for that.

Located just next to a market with lots of food options and walking distance to Namba station. Clean rooms and great staff. The only inconvenience is that a taxi will not pick you up from in front of the hotel because of the location. Paying for breakfast in cash is cheaper than pre-paying, but having breakfast at the market is more yummy.

The bathroom is typical Japanese hotel bathroom, very cramped. The bed is a good size, but unusually for Japan, a little too soft.
Not able to open bedroom windows or control the AC temperature which is inconvenient.

It is very convenient,next to the Kuromon Market. The only thing I don't really like is the toilet, it is abit small, but the room size is okay. The staff is helpful.

Hotel is just a short walk away from Dotonbori and Den Den Town. Great place to stay if those are areas of primary interest. Clean facilities, included breakfast was yummy.

I highly recommend this place. As someone who has travelled a lot and stayed in various hotels and other accommodations, this is one of the best ones. Clean, modern, great service, and literally next door to Kuromon Market. Some people may complain about the size of the room, but keep in mind that this is Japan where space comes at a premium. So if you have tons of luggage it may be a bit difficult to manoeuvre around the room. However, no complaints from me.
