We took the shuttle from Chitose airport that left from the end outside near the police desk. Had to wait a bit after the plane landed but it was free so that was fine. There were a couple of places to walk to get dinner since which was good since we arrived after the hotel restaurant was closed. The breakfast was delicious and the onsen was nice. Rooms were small and overall a little outdated but a fine place to stay close to the airport.

stayed here for a night, as needed a early flight from Haneda. While the earliest shuttle service was still falling short, front desk was able to arrange a taxi who was there at 0530. Did not get chance to enjoy the amenities of the hotel, but it is close (walking distance) to many local dining places.

Hotel provides shuttle bus to chitose station, minami-chitose station and to new chitose airport. Elderly driver and assistant were kind and helpful. There is shuttle bus from airport to hotel, but we arrived quite late at night, so took train to chitose station, then a short taxi ride around 800yen to hotel. Rooms were clean and alright. Breakfast was sufficient and good. Overall it is good value for money for our one night transit stay before we continue journey to other parts of Hokkaido.

Visiting this hotel is ideal for short travellers who want to visit Sapporo. It was a nice hotel. The bed was comfortable and the bathroom was super clean. Although my room does look outdated, It was a nice room. I will stay again in the future.

The best part of this hotel is its proximity to Aoba park! The hotel and staff were nice and very accommodating. The facilities are a bit run down but passable for a business trip. The breakfast meal service was nice but the dinner service was cold and unwelcoming. I highly recommend that you avoid including the dinner service on your room as it is not a typical restaurant experience.

The rooms etc were fine but the restaurant for dinner was terrible. The staff were really unhappy and the menu was so limted we actually got up and left.
We did have breakfast there the next morning and that was okay and staff were lovely.

Too expensive.
Scammed us for an extra A $65 for an extra person in an already booked and set "3" bed room.
Tiny, below average room, 2 beds and a fold out.
A $200:all up.
More than a bit rich !

It is not that near to Chitose Station but walkable , like in 30 minutes? But there was an Aoba Oark nearby, just behind the property area, pretty in winter time. There is a bus stop to take a bus to Chitose Station. Coming back fr Chitose Station to the hotel is confusing to me, thus I always used taxi which cost about max 1000¥ one way. Fr Chitose Sta., the Salmon aquarium is about 1.2km away. During winter, there is a park, stunning view w ducks at the river. Beautiful place. The daily bfast is fine, got scrambled/ tiny egg omelet and sausages, bread and buns. Kids will have something to eat. Overall ok.
