Hotel needs a renovation

Excellent

The room was big compared to some other hotels we used. Bed was comfortable. Very close to station on the loop line. Family mart outside. The spa water in the bath was nice. Tax was a bit higher at 1400 yen. Check out was 12pm so the extra time was good. Would use again. Nice view of the city from floor 19.

Would highly recommend! They are very friendly and the hotel is clean with decent sized rooms! Plus you’ll be right by a station which is great!

This was the best hotel we stayed in while were in Japan. The view was amazing from our room. The staff were super nice. The room was spacious and beds were comfy. Definitely staying here again on our next trip

Room was OK but felt a little cramped and worn. Not a big of the self check in, theres lots of staff there anyway at reception so made the check in feel a bit impersonal. Staff was helpful when we had requests.

I don't usually give hotels this bad a review. Yes, the hotel is in a very convenient location, but still, I can't convince myself to believe this is a four-star hotel when the hotel is giving us two-star hotel service. First of all, the facility was very poor ; the private onsen bath was so small that my father couldn't even use it, and the bathroom had very poor ventilation that I found it difficult to breathe after closing the door. Secondly, your staff seemed untrained and had extremely poor English communication and problem-solving skills. When we were checking in, the staff who assisted us told me my reservation was supposed to have two separate beds. He said yes, there are. Afterward, I found out there was only one double bed in the room; it was not as he mentioned , with two separate beds in each room. When I asked him, he said I had ordered three double rooms, so there were no two separate beds. He seemed like an intern who didn't understand English, and the worst part was that no other staff guided him or even tried to help the situation. If he had difficulties understanding English, why didn't he use a translator? To be frank , I am not a native English speaker, but at least I ask and learn if I don 't understand. Even the next day, when I asked the staff about the details of the public onsen, the same thing happened. Again, they didn't understand English but didn't use a translator. In the end, I just took an English onsen handbill myself.

I did not take breakfast in the hotel

Room had good views of Umeda from 17th floor. Men's baths are being retired so not available. Check out at 12 means check-ins not till around 3. Across road from Fukushima station so easy walk with bags. Good breakfast mix of western and Japanese buffet. Chef will make you an omelette if you ask.

Location was excellent. Staff was good. Male spa was under repair which would be very disappointing for male guests.

Literally right outside of a train station, with the Osaka loop station being the next one over! Osaka was beautiful, out view from out room was fantastic and the amenities provided were great too! The breakfast buffet provided was very nice and I enjoyed trying japanese tea for the first time. God willing, If I ever returned to Osaka, I'd want to stay at this hotel again!!!

The room is convenient located near the train station. Clean and friendly staff.

Rooms were clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff was amazing!

It’s nice place but be aware the fixtures are old.

The ability to select hot spring water or city water was great.

Very close to the train station lots of places to eat nearby

Close to station and food places. Mostly clean and nice mineral bathing. Mist down side things were smoking room like a closet no air and mold in bathroom especially under sink

Customer service was fantastic check in and check out was easy
