Nice service, spacious room for 3 peoples..easy to check in and out..strategic location in shinsaibashi, many shopping store and near Metro station, definitely would back again :)

I had a good 3 nights stay. The location is perfect to Dotomburi and Shinsaibashi station by walk. Good restaurants and convenient store just everywhere. And as heard a lot, Japanese are always very thoughtful. Even when I put my rooms on DND status, they've prepared a bag full of amenities and new fresh towels on the door handle. View from 10th floor is good too, the room is small but not an issue for me. Amenities quality is super. Onsen on the 13th is everything, and always needed when you walk too much in Japan :) Will be back whenever possible.

The room was bigger than i thought. Only issue was the way we had to push of our room. It was hard getting in and out especially because we had 3 luggages by it, and that was the only area that fit our luggages.

Location was good. Walking distance to Shinsaibashi, Dotonbori, Family Smart, department store, Parco, Don Quijote Dotonbori, and Metro. The hotel breakfast that we purchased had a good variety of hot and cold foods. I stayed for 9 days with teen kids in a the family room. No complaint except for the noise of the AC. The public bath facilities on the 13 floor was useful for shower and soaking. Toiletries are Pola brand offering shampoo, conditioner, lotion, and body wash. Overall everything was good. The hotel offers microwave, coffee, tea, hot water, and bread at the lobby from 2:30 pm to 10 pm. High recommend that you buy breakfasts with your room if you are travelling with kids.

Wow! What can we say? There is so much goodness about this hotel! I can go on and on... - Great location, in the middle of it all. - Convenient to all transportation. - AMAZING(!!!) breakfast. The best we've had in ANY hotel anywhere in the world! - Freshly baked bread available all day long! Like almost all Japanese hotels, the place was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. I wished we stayed more than two nights.
