Very nice staff, professional, even the cleaning staff try to be quiet in the morning which is rare. Great value for money, one of the secret gems of Hakodate.

It stinks of poop in my room. I would never come back, it is too small too.

Service was very good, free coffee and tea, free amenities available at the counter. Only real downside was that there was no wifi in the room at all.

The hotel is easily accessible, which locates 10 mins walk from the JR station. The room is spacious and comfortable. The staff are friendly and helpful. They also provide delicious breakfast with enough choices. There is a convenient store just besides the hotel. The staff also introduce me a local market just 2 minutes walk from the hotel, where you can buy some food and have your meals there from 8am to 5pm.

It ain't fancy. But great value for the money. Room was very clean. Nice and quiet And everything works. Abit further from JR station. Some budget hotels are closer

The room was very small and narrow. However, it is right in front of the street car stop which is very convenient.

We stayed for two nights for leisure. It's just a typical hotel in a Japanese city.

The hotel was convenient to the train station but a bit far from most tourist attractions. Rooms were small, as expected. We were frustrated by the cost of adding an extra person to the reservation, as it was basically double the room charge. The parking area was a bit far away. Otherwise the room was clean and the bed was comfortable.

Small budget hotel closed to jr station. This is my second stay. The room size is small but clean.

Location was great at this spot as it's near Hakodate JR station and round the corner from the Morning market. We drove to Hakodate so there was also parking available for less than 500yen a night. Room size was relatively small and to watch TV you need to pay 1000 yen and you will get access to movies. Will recommend this place for location wise and price per night was OK.

The best part this hotel was probably how close it was to both the JR Hakodate Station and the Matsukaze tram stop. The breakfast buffet was good and it was convenient to have toiletries provided for me not only in my room, but also strewn out on a table on the first floor in case those in my room weren't enough. However, the room itself felt cramped and I had trouble with the hot water too. Whether in the sink or in the shower, when I turned on the water, it would start out at room temperature but only ever get hotter and hotter. Even when I turned the temperature dial to the lowest point, the water was still scalding, and this made taking a shower and washing my hands pretty painful. Besides that, the air conditioner made too much noise for me to fall asleep with it on, and occasionally there was this loud and abrupt drilling sound coming from outside my room. The hotel staff were still really accommodating and the place is right next to a convenience store, so getting midnight snacks is no problem. This hotel will do if you want to explore Hakodate for a day or two, but if I were you I'd skip the shower during my stay here.

this hotel is about 10mins walk from JR-Hakodate station, along the way to the hotel there are many restaurants. there is a Macdonalds just next to the hotel and a minimart just across the street. The red brick warehouses is about 15-20mins walk from the hotel or 10mins walk from JR-Hakodate station. There are lots of shops in the warehouses and you can buy your souvenirs there. The Mt Hakodate Ropeway is about 20-25mins walk away. I didn't take the bus since I decided to walk as I have free time. The hotel have a 10% discount for taking the ropeway, so you only need to pay 1080yen. the breakfast is a simple Japanese meal buffet, so i just had a bit and proceeded to check out. Overall, this hotel is value for money.

Only in Hakodate for one night and only spent a short while in the hotel room, but the stay was nice and comfortable. Very suitable for my needs. The staff were friendly and the location was very convenient.

Good location, the room is clean is seem to be quite new. The services are basic as for a budget hotel

strategic location due to walking distance after come out from tram.. staff are friendly and nice. however, the corner room does not have any wifi signal and the external broadband is unable to access internet too..
