As always, this hotel never disappoints, rooms are clean and neat. This time try the traditional rooms (tatami) overall the room size is wider (even for 2 adults and 1 child). Very close to Shinjuku shopping center and also Shinjuku Sanchome Station. Near the hotel there is also the MarT family and 7 Eleven and Sukiya. Will come back to this hotel.

The Hotel served its purpose well given the affordable cost. Essentials were given (toothbrush, shampoo, etc.), lobby was kind and offered an umbrella when it rained

Stayed here for 3 nights and everything went perfectly, hotel is in a quiet zone away from kabukicho so it’s perfect for coming home after a long night out, highly recommend!

Great hotel for a budget friendly stay in Shinjuku. The rooms are small which is normal for Japan. It is very close to Shinjuku-Sanchome, and Shinjuku-Gyoemae Metro stations making getting around Tokyo a breeze.
Staff was friendly and helpful.
This is not a high-end hotel so don’t expect gilded chandeliers and marble bathrooms but for a place to stay on a budget, it completely fits the bill.

The space was good for a hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo. Had the basic amenties like hair dryer, hair shampoo&conditioner and body wash, replacement toothbrushes and tooth paste etc. The problem was the small bathroom and the over tuned shower head that felt like a power washer when using it. It's ok hotel but there are better.

Room had stains on all the walls. Bathroom entrance is very inconvenient. If not careful you can misstep and hurt yourself. Super small pillow.

This was a fine hotel, very similar to other Tokyo hotels (like Apa and LiveMax) in terms of how the room was designed. The hotel itself was a little older than those more modern hotels, though this wasn't a problem as it was still quiet and clean. No problems or complaints, but it didn't blow me away, and I reserve 5 stars for places that amaze me.

Not bad. It's not trying to be a upscale hotel but just like a motel type of thing. Just for sleeping and showering. This hotel do not deliver luggage to airport.

When we were checking out we asked to leave our luggage for a couple hours, since check out was at 10:00. They said we could but they’d charge us 500 yen per bag! We had 3 smallish bags. I think that’s a little outrageous.

Very nice location near by two Metro stations I was staying 10 days they clean change towels every single day I was stayed Hotel atmosphere was very nice there is free gift comb and leather they provided to customers. I am highly recommended this Hotel .

This is one of my favorite stays. Everyone was professional at this incredible hotel. Rooms are bigger then most of the ones I stayed in Europe. Everything was near to this hotel.

The space was good for a hotel in Shinjuku Tokyo.
