I stayed with my family with 2 rooms. There are renovated rooms, so make sure with your options before you make the booking. The room view is amazing. The staff is very helpful. We can borrow an umbrella if you don’t bring one. They also help me get a taxi to the airport at 4.30 am. Thank you Keio Hotel

Review of Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main, Tokyo. Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main offers a practical and comfortable stay in one of Tokyo’s most convenient districts. Located in West Shinjuku, near the Tokyo Metropolitan Government Building, the hotel is well positioned for both sightseeing and business travel. It is about an 8-minute walk from JR Shinjuku Station, and the underground passageway is especially helpful on rainy days. The Airport Limousine Bus stop at the hotel is another major advantage for international travelers. Location and Accessibility. The location is one of the hotel’s strongest points. Guests can easily reach shopping areas, restaurants, department stores, and major train connections in Shinjuku. Although the walk from the station may feel slightly long after a busy day, the area is safe, organized, and convenient. The hotel is particularly suitable for travelers who want easy access to central Tokyo while staying in a quieter part of Shinjuku. Room Quality. The rooms are clean, functional, and equipped with essential facilities such as a work desk, refrigerator, air conditioning, private bathroom, and internet access. As is common in Tokyo, standard rooms are rather compact, especially for guests traveling with large luggage or staying as a family. However, the room layout is efficient and comfortable enough for short to medium stays. Cleanliness and Comfort. Cleanliness is generally well maintained. Many recent guests have praised the tidy rooms and good overall condition of the property. While some areas of the hotel may feel slightly dated, the atmosphere remains professional and dependable. It is a good choice for travelers who prioritize convenience, cleanliness, and reliability over luxury. Breakfast and Dining. Breakfast is one of the hotel’s most appreciated features. Guests frequently mention the generous buffet selection, which includes both Japanese and international dishes. The hotel also has several restaurants and food options within the building, making dining easy after a long day of travel. This is especially convenient for guests who prefer not to go far for meals. Facilities and Services. The hotel offers practical services that make the stay smoother, including luggage handling, laundry services, a taxi stand, and access to convenience stores and dining outlets within or near the building. The Airport Limousine Bus connection is a major plus. Staff service is generally efficient and polite, although the large scale of the hotel can sometimes make the experience feel less personal than in smaller boutique properties. Value for Money. Considering its location, transportation access, breakfast quality, and range of facilities, Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main provides solid value for money in central Tokyo. It may not be ideal for travelers seeking spacious rooms or a highly luxurious atmosphere, but it is very suitable for tourists, solo travelers, couples, and business guests who want a dependable hotel in a strategic location. Overall Impression. Overall, Shinjuku Washington Hotel Main is a reliable and convenient hotel with excellent access to transportation, good breakfast, clean rooms, and useful on-site services. Its greatest strengths are location and practicality. The main drawback is the limited room size, which is typical for Tokyo but worth noting before booking. For travelers who want to stay in Shinjuku with easy connections across Tokyo, this hotel is a very good option.

This hotel simply a few walks away from the higashi shinjuku station. The best hotel if you reach haneda between 12-2AM in the morning. Because there is a night bus to higashi area. Across the hotel got coco curry, Mc D, and origin kitchen best for the cheap breakfast.

Very good location near the Akebonobashi station, walking distance. The hotel is in an alley, 5 minutes away from the station as a residence. Therefore, the night is not lonely. There are restaurants, cafes, seven and pharmacies that are quite large (and tax free for tourists). The area is very convenient. New hotels and rooms are considered wide. Because we booked a 4 bed room There is still space to place all 4 large luggage. Conclusion Like clean, new, peaceful. Good location. If going to Tokyo, probably would stay again.

The receptionist was kind and always provided advice and service. There was a luggage locker and umbrellas for rent. The room was clean and the tea was delicious. It's near a garden.
