Staff was incredible and the breakfast buffet was very good and diverse. Good location, but it is a little far from shinjuku station if you are walking. We took the train from the airport and walked with our luggage from shinjuku station. Worth getting a cab from that station, because its nearly a mile walk. Otherwise, there is a lot of restaurants and shops very close to the hotel and plenty to do right near the hotel

The hotel is located well within walking distance of the train station and in a good area for sightseeing, shops and dining. The staff are super friendly and always there to help with even the smallest of issues, but sadly that is where the good points end. The hotel rooms are of a good size but very, very tired. Although clean enough there are some nasty stains on the carpets and the bathrooms are straight from the eighties, the beds were uncomfortable and i think the pillows were filled with concrete they were that hard. We stayed for 5 nights and paid for breakfast, that was also a big mistake. The dining room was filthy, the carpet was disgusting and the tables are just inches apart. Although the food was nice the total experience wasn`t i`m afraid. Cheaper and far better hotels in the same vicinity.

I have stayed at this hotel twice. On this visit I was disappointed at the lack of service and disinterest. I could not understand their lack of willingness to help. The hotel is tired and showing signs of age and lack of investment. There are better hotels in the area in the same price bracket.
