This room was perfect for us and had everything we could have wished for. Beds ware so comfortable, room was cleaned daily, water pressure in the shower amazing. The easiest self check in and out and the best breakfast varieties with perfect choices of western and Japanese food. The staff was also amazing, helped us with getting a taxi and bringing our suitcases to the car.

Hotel location was good. It’s tucked away in a quiet street and yet accessible to station and restaurants. Room was clean and compact. Well equipped with toiletries and lounge wear. Check-in and check-out process was very easy and staff are always on hand to help out in case of any difficulties. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed here twice throughout my 12 day holiday in Japan Highly recommended and will stay again when I return to Tokyo.

This room was perfect for us and had everything we could have wished for. Beds ware so comfortable, room was cleaned daily, water pressure in the shower amazing. The easiest self check in and out and the best breakfast varieties with perfect choices of western and Japanese food. The staff was also amazing, helped us with getting a taxi and bringing our suitcases to the car.

Hotel location was good. It’s tucked away in a quiet street and yet accessible to station and restaurants. Room was clean and compact. Well equipped with toiletries and lounge wear. Check-in and check-out process was very easy and staff are always on hand to help out in case of any difficulties. Very clean and comfortable. I stayed here twice throughout my 12 day holiday in Japan Highly recommended and will stay again when I return to Tokyo.

Bar was open late and had delicious cocktails, Twilight and Summer Bliss were my favorites. Hotel is only a 5 min walk to Golden Gai which was super convenient.

Basic hotel in a very central and convenient location. Room was good size and clean, I already knew this before booking, but just for all travelers' information, this hotel is in Kabukicho which is in the middle of a ton of love hotels.

Breakfast was mediocre and the same items was served everyday for the week of stay. The hotel was surrounded by bars and bunch of drunks walking around. The male patrons of the bar would urinate nearby the hotel. It was disgusting. If I had known this hotel was near the red light district, I wouldn't have booked this hotel. I don't think this hotel is worth four stars.

This was the only hotel that we stayed in in Japan that didn’t have a clean air humidifier in the room. I woke up so stuffy in the middle of every night. Self check-in wasn’t smooth and unnecessary. There was plenty of staff standing around, why couldn’t they just welcome me and check me in. Lobby had no a/c. Hotel itself and rooms smelt of mildew. Room was big enough, to Japanese standards. Location was ok. On a quiet street close to things but the area is weird. Shinjuku alone is weird, we preferred Shibuya. Toiletries in room were packets not bottles. Appreciated the full size mirror.

Be careful with this hotel, this is not even a three star hotel. Lack of amenities, very ordinary breakfast, too many noise, I do not recommend Thai hotel at all.

The rooms were clean and the staff were very helpful and attentive. Staff responsive to all our questions or needs. Didn’t have breakfast at the hotel but it was offered at the cafe that also offered other things throughout the day. Great price for the stay and great location. Not in the middle of the nightlife but a few minutes walk away. Food and corner stores everywhere. Train station also close

My room was very clean. Check in and check out was easy. I didn’t have breakfast but I ate at the restaurant and it was good. The staffs was nice, try to help with any issues I had and also spoke English.
