The room was great, clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable, and all staff members were attentive, professional and courteous. The location was even better, a 7/11 and a train station right downstairs! Will definitely come again.

I love the stunning lobby chandelier, staff are nice and very accommodating, breakfast buffet was lot of selection and food are delicious, room was very modern and spacious especially the bathroom, a little farther from Shinjuku station, we rode a taxi but otherwise nice location, far from Narita airport, it’s an hour driving, it’s better to take Haneda airport.

Everything was incredible - room was beautiful, bath/shower amenities were beyond expected, hotel was just wonderful. Super convenient 7-11 just outside the hotel, and a train station below the hotel made any commute easy. Couldn't recommend this place more highly.

We had an excellent stay at the Hyatt Regency Tokyo and would highly recommend it. The hotel is very clean, well maintained and staffed by professional, courteous and attentive team members across the board. The rooms are spacious by Tokyo standards and serviced daily without needing to request housekeeping. Complimentary water is provided, and the hotel takes recycling seriously, which we appreciated. The spa was a standout experience. The staff were highly skilled, professional and clearly very experienced. We left feeling refreshed, relaxed and calm. The concierge, front desk, doormen and bell staff were consistently helpful with questions, directions and transportation. The hotel is conveniently located near a train line, making it easy to get around, and taxis are always readily available. If you are looking for a comfortable, roomier hotel with excellent service, this is a great choice. The only note is that the hotel attracts many international travelers. Overall, it was a fantastic experience and we would absolutely stay here again.

Location was a bit away from the action. 15-20mins to Shijuku station. Otherwise a nice hotel to stay with the family. Had one issue with bathroom. watertap and sink is not ergonomically designed. a lot of spillage over the counter. Irritating to shave or wash ur face with so much water spilling around you.
