We appreciated the quick attention by staff on some concerning matters that came up. We greatly thank Shoji Shiraishi and Yukiyo Kurihara for addressing the matters promptly. The checkin was extremely smooth and helpful as was checkout. Every hotel becomes a part of the experience and memory of our trip, so we always look for the service and support at each hotel we stay at. The spa experience was very nice. Speaking in the language of the guest preference is also important, not always will we elect to speak in English as sometimes that is not as understandable. Our sincere thanks to the Hyatt team for their understanding.

Wonderful 4 night stay. Was fortunate to be on the 17th floor facing the park and had the good fortune of being able to see Mt Fuji from my window in the morning. Quite a treat. Breakfast was terrific and a shoutout to Fabio who runs the dining room and breakfast and ran an excellent operation made more impressive by the number of guests and volume of food the buffet had to handle. Numa was excellent as well. The hotel is heavily trafficked but an attentive staff makes you feel comfortable nonetheless. Excellent value for the money

The Hyatt Regency was a great pick. It’s located in a quiet area with great views of Tokyo. Very close to Shinjuku Station, practically on property. Made it so easy to get out other areas of Tokyo. From the Hyatt it’s just about a 10-20 minute walk to many restaurants and shopping. I would highly recommend staying here for a great experience.

This lavish property was a sight to behold. The breakfast bar was great. The best part about this property was the design. I think other properties had better value and many elements here were quite expensive. You could get a much more valuable and authentic dinner off property. But the staff were professional and courteous. A safe place to start your Tokyo adventure.

My daughter and i came into town for a wedding in Fujiyoshida. This was the perfect jet lag recovery base for us before heading to the wedding - rooms are amazing and cozy, the onsite food is good, and was a great place to dine and have friends come by for drinks during jetlag recovery. Its also situated ten minutes from Shinjuku station, which was ideal given this was a 5 day in and out trip for us. Excellent experience given our needs! One thing to note - its in the Shinjuku business district, so its a pretty unexciting austere location, and the hotel is by and large frequented by expats and foreigners. Important to keep in mind if you are looking for a more authentic type local experience, it feels very much like a new york or los angeles hyatt experience (in a good way) - but we found it exceptionally practical and elegant given the type of trip we were on.
