The hotel is beautiful. Absolutely beautiful. The food is also incredible. I went to the crossroads kitchen daily for breakfast and it was the best food I’ve ever tasted. Plus the manager Fabio and his team were incredible to me the entire time. When I come back to Tokyo I am definitely staying here.

The stay was fantastic. Fabio, the breakfast manager, was outstanding and really made us feel welcome. He went out of his way to provide us tour recommendations and of courses, our breakfast was always perfect with him there. Thank you Fabio!!

The lobby of the hotel is beautiful about the room was just a regular room. There was no one outside to take our luggage when we arrived. We also needed a taxi in the morning and we're told to just stand outside until one came. We waited quite a while and none came so we walked to the train station and were late to our destination. The bartender in the lounge however was very friendly as were the check in staff. The hotel is located a bit out of the way in a very quiet area which seems to be more of a financial district. If you want to be in the action you will need to take a train.

Stayed there for 4 nights. The staff were ok not as good as the local hotels. The Buffett did not have much options and the food was the same everyday. Food and drinks that you had to pay for were really expensive. Pop and coffee were $7. The vibe was very American and didn’t feel like you were in Japan enjoying the culture at the Hyatt. For the price we paid $450 per night it was not worth it. Better off getting a whole suite at a local hotel

Nothing intrinsically wrong. It lacks soul and is indifferent to its customers. There are better hotels at much lower prices. Its living on the Brand name and not really delivering IHMO
