We came for Tokyo marathon. Great location. This hotel was fantastic in every way. Staff was so eager to help. They were very kind and polite. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Would return here anytime

staff very kind, rooms are clean, lobby is gorgeous, breakfast was delicious but I do wish the staff would tell the kids not to sprint around people carrying trays and plates of food (I have four children and they would never be running around ). the concierge very helpful in getting taxis and coooedinating baggage transfers ,

Stayed there for 4 nights. The staff were ok not as good as the local hotels. The Buffett did not have much options and the food was the same everyday. Food and drinks that you had to pay for were really expensive. Pop and coffee were $7. The vibe was very American and didn’t feel like you were in Japan enjoying the culture at the Hyatt. For the price we paid $450 per night it was not worth it. Better off getting a whole suite at a local hotel

The room was great, clean and comfortable. The service was impeccable, and all staff members were attentive, professional and courteous. The location was even better, a 7/11 and a train station right downstairs! Will definitely come again.

I love the stunning lobby chandelier, staff are nice and very accommodating, breakfast buffet was lot of selection and food are delicious, room was very modern and spacious especially the bathroom, a little farther from Shinjuku station, we rode a taxi but otherwise nice location, far from Narita airport, it’s an hour driving, it’s better to take Haneda airport.
