The staff is helpful. I stayed in deluxe twin room which have better bathroom (newer) than where our parents stayed at the deluxe king corner room (even though this room is more expensive).

There is no better word to describe Hyatt Regency Tokyo than to say it is the most satisfactory hotel that I ever stayed especially when I am a choosy type. When my husband and I entered the hotel it gave us a superb cozy feelings. We were immediately surrounded by the atmosphere of "home sweet home". The front desk service was very fast and efficient, superb! The room we were designated to was marvellously spick and span, well maintained. When we had settled with all our belongings and were about to start our adventure, sudden downpour deterred our journey. But, we were so happy to realise there were a few eatery shops attached to this hotel. We managed to grab our lunch at the famous 7-11 convenience shop which had many varieties of Bentos' to choose from that suit our budget. Moreover this convenience shop is my favourite and familiar one. After our lunch we walked around and found out there were more eatery shops and another convenience shop not far away by the name of Family Mart. Thanks to those convenience shops that helped us to avoid going out in the rain. The hotel provides free shuttle service for their guests, too, to enable them to travel without hassle from the hotel to the famous shopping area, Shinjuku station. There is a Subway, Tochomae Station, next to the hotel on the basement as well. Nearby Hyatt Regency Hotel, there is a supermarket by the name of Maruetsu. It operates 24 hours a day, ones can find almost anything there and the best part is most items are reasonably priced. Well, overall I truly love Hyatt Regency Hotel, really meet up with my expectations!
