I had a wonderful experience at gracery hotel. The location is so convenient and the ladies only floor had foot and pillow massage. Amenities were very nice and there was a Panasonic nano steam machine that is very helpful for face skin care

Very close to airport bus, Shinjuku station, restaurants, and shopping. Modern and clean, huge room by Japan standards. Change of towels daily. Toiletries and amenities provided. Water dispenser at lift lobby. Excellent service - when requested to remove the topper from my bed (too soft for my liking), it was done. Best of all, they allow early check-in if the room is ready.

Great stay at Shinjuku Prince, staff were friendly and pleasant, accommodating to requests as well. Room is considered average in terms of size of Tokyo hotel rooms, but equipped with the necessary facilities.

This place is perfect! The staff is so humble, the place is very clean, smells so good and warm. Near transportation, Family Mart, and Lawson. Everything is perfect! I must stay here longer next time. I spent 3 days here and will come back someday!

The hotel staff was very friendly and helpful during check-in and check-out. The hotel's location is excellent, with numerous restaurants and convenience stores within walking distance. This hotel simply a few walks away from the higashi shinjuku station. The best hotel if you reach haneda between 12-2AM in the morning. Because there is a night bus to higashi area. Across the hotel got coco curry, Mc D, and origin kitchen best for the cheap breakfast.

Very good, friendly staff, clean, towels and pajamas provided daily, bed, blanket, pillow, and sheets changed daily. It's really good.
