1. Strategic location. - Best location for looking foods with adorable price in shinjuku area. - Inside the building, there are some Restaurant with high budget. - 10 Minutes walk to or from nearest station. - Airport Limousine Bus stop exactly in front of this hotel, this bus has route to or from Narita/Haneda airport. 2. Nice service - You can keep the luggage when you go out of Tokyo for a while. - You can keep breast milk in their refrigerator. - The Staff very helpful 3. Affordable price for rooms. 4. Be careful when you do reservation, this hotel has 2 building side yo side (Main and Annex).

Stay 5 nights... Nice place to stay, Room clean small but enough for two of us... 10 minute to Shinjuku St. Near shopping & food area. When we check in, the nice lady in receptions offer us to free member and gave us for free breakfast... Thank you. Be back to stay if travel Tokyo again.

3 blocks from shinjuku station surrounded by shop and restaurants, you can take limosine bus from or to Haneda or Narita airport

The room was spacious in term of Tokyo standard. Old hotel but still well maintained. They provided Shiseido shampoo, conditioner, and shower gel. Wifi was excellent. The nearest convenience store was 5 minutes walk and Shinjuku station was about 15 minutes walk.

Small clean room. Located 15 minutes by walk to Shinkuju main happening area. Coin laundry machine in the hotel, useful for traveller.
