Strategic hotel, good service, clean room, comfortable, can send luggage to other cities and what we really impressed, the hotel provides a lounge that can be accessed by all guests, rooms are given 30 minutes once a day, drinks such as beer, wine, coffee, hot chocolate, fruit juice etc. and small snacks are provided. I will stay here again if I go to Sapporo again. Thank you WBF hotel, hopefully the cleanliness and service will be maintained.

It is a very good place to stay from Subway Odori Station Exit 37 that has an elevator. Walking a bit to the hotel, very convenient. Exit the hotel, walk straight to the right, will come to fish market, easy to find things to eat. Staff service is good. There is salt for free to scoop in the room as well.

I had a great stay! The location is excellent and the staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast had a wide selection, including vegetarian options. I also loved the special features: diy bath bombs and self-serve lounge access (it was really fun to try some new drinks!). I’d easily stay here again for another trip to Sapporo!

일본의 공휴일인 경로의날이라 대다수 병원이 휴진이어 매우 곤란한 상황이었으나 호텔 직원께서 의료지원센터를 찾아 한국어 상담을 할 수 있도록 도와주셨고, 구급차를 수배해주셨습니다.
호텔 직원여러분께서 도와주신 덕분에 아버지의 응급진료를 무사히 마무리할 수 있었으며, 현재 귀국하여 회복 중에 있습니다.
다시 한 번 직원여러분의 친절과 도움에 깊이 감사드립니다.

日本の祝日である敬老の日なので、大多数の病院が休診で非常に困難な状況でしたが、ホテルのスタッフが医療支援センターを訪れて韓国語の相談ができるように手伝ってくれて、救急車を手配してくれました。
ホテルのスタッフの皆様のおかげで父の応急診療を無事終えることができ、現在帰国して回復中です。
改めて、スタッフの皆様のご親切とご協力に深く感謝申し上げます。

Location was perfect! Bed and pillows were extremely comfortable. Did not like that there was no aircon in the room, only fan controls that didn't seem to do much, it was very warm and the room temperature was uncomfortable sometimes.

立地もよく飲食店やコンビニも近くにあり便利。
清掃もしっかりとされていてその点が1番良かったです。
たまたまだと思うのですが加湿器の水を入れる容器の蓋の汚れが気になりました。お水も半分入っていたのですがいつのかな？と思いました。
個人的に無臭が好きなので外国風な部屋の匂いは無くてもいいかなと思いました。
総合的に見てとても良かったです！

Bus to niseko picks you up right outside this hotel which is why we booked. We had the Japanese style room which was a cool experience. Mats on the floor and all that but they were decent, we double stacked them. The pillows have rice or beans in them. If you’re looking for your best nights sleep ever, don’t book this room. It was one night and worth the experience. Everything was walkable and the amenities are really nice. Would stay again!
