It gave me a comfortable feeling of being at home while feeling distinctively Tokyo. There may be many luxury hotels in Tokyo with sleek contemporary decor, but this is a very unique old moneyTokyo experience well maintained. Every detail had comfort in mind (one soft and one hard pillow) even without built in USB plugs.(they had multi cables instead). Breakfast is highlight with six venues to choose from. Make sure you get a breakfast included plan. You will not regret it.

The Imperial experience made my short trip to Tokyo a memorable event. The entrance is spectacular with the rose display and, in my case, a beautiful Christmas tree that made it a winter wonderland. As a special treat, a bride stood on the stairs for her personal photos, but made the hotel entrance quite dramatic.

I stayed tower building. There was a noise issue in the middle of the night 1:00 am -3:30am. Finally I called front desk, 1 later noise was stopped. At least the hotel need to do more faster and show some more apologies.

Although I only stayed one night, I enjoyed a classy hotel experience. The service was excellent, and did not disappoint. I was pleased that check-in was at 2PM and check-out was at 12PM, allowing for a relaxed stay. The breakfast buffet was also excellent.

We loved our stay here. We were impressed especially with the staff who went out of their way to be helpful and courteous. The hotel is quite grand with multiple excellent restaurants. Well located with access to multiple subway lines. Will plan to stay again during our next trip to Tokyo
